A very interesting & effective alt investment company

I've only been investing w LS for going on 2yrs, but my experience so far has been pretty good. Of 3 deals I'm in, one settled within 6 mos and paid 1.7x. The other two are still pending. Strengths are well-vetted and well-documented deals (although remember these are legal deals so you must pay close attention to what *is not* disclosed explicitly sometimes...i.e. is this a word-of-mouth agreement or one that is executed with signed docs in hand), responsive and effective IR, reasonable min investment amounts and a solid interface. But deals close quickly on LS so get in quick.
