Excellent company to deal with while trying to work through the hellish bad credit experience. Their customer care is absolutely phenomenal!! If ur looking to take better care of ur Credit, along with being able to understand the ins and outs of the nightmareish mathematical system of the credit field we currently have to deal with, Lexington Law is where u need to be, TRUST ME!! My score increased over a 100 points in only 3 months with minimal effort on my end!

They weren’t upfront with me about chapter 7, when I was never qualified for it. Slow responses they had me send all of my paperwork to someone in the company who never did anything for about eight months. By the time I went to finish it after paying for everything and having to resend everything because apparently they couldn’t get into her email, even though I called every day and got the same thing the same thing nobody actually ever really took me seriously for those eight months I got the runaround. I was told to wait that they’ll get a hold of me. It was just a lot of BS. At the end of the day, I had to cancel it and eat the money, even though it was there mistake of not finishing in time before I got married now it changes everything all of their answers were from other workers not actual lawyers and my actual lawyer had a big stink when I actually had a question for him and asked him to send paperwork to the car company so they could come pick up my car that I was surrendering and he refused to do it. We had to do it ourselves!!! They would’ve never picked up the cards still have it two years later it’s totally unacceptable. It’s not a good company and it’s a unbelievable waste of money. Go to a credit recovery company. And they will actually dispute each and everything get down the cost unless you actually do qualify for a chapter 7, but I would make sure from a local lawyer and not this company they’re in California and they really just don’t care..

Tried to sign up, but their process is terrible. you can only chat with someone. Even if you have your own recent credit report from all three bureaus they have no mechanism to get it to them. When you try to use their system when they try to pull you report, if one letter or period is wrong you have to wait 48 hours to resubmit, there are no work arounds, their customer service talks around you. If they are this much trouble to sign up with they are probably a nightmare to deal with while you are a client.

Scam. They do nothing for you and make it really hard to cancel. I had to do it twice and they just kept charging me and would give me nothing back.

GETTING MY CREDIT RAISED DUE TO INFORMING THAT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION HAD BEEN STOLEN!!!

Reply from Lexington Law
DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM - fight the credit bureaus on your own, they dont do anything. And if you cancel, they backcharge you for work they completed (WHICH IS NOTHING)

Huge Thanks to everyone who recommended CreditSavvyDavid. He’s legit the best credit repair expert out there. I used Lexington law, and while they helped at first, my score stopped improving and they kept charging me. Mr CreditSavvyDavid on YouTube actually guided me on what to do (and when to stop payments). He even got me out of my expensive timeshare contract.
I’ve tried Lexington Law and even Credit Saint but CreditSavvyDavid is way better, 100% recommend him over anyone else.

My debt situation got worse, unfortunately. They threw me under the bus and kept chraging me fees to settle with my creditors. Eventually, i wised up and found a better service. A guy on ytube handle mrcreditsavvy was the solution to all my credit problems. With his helpthrough Radius Global, i did what lexington law failed to do for months i was with them. I got out of debt with a one-time payment settlement for less. Thank God i'm finally debt free and now slowing building an excellent credit. If, you need help, read between the lines and make you a great choice. If you choose MCS know that the pricing is a bit steep and methods are unorthodox. But they sure worked for me.

1 star is because 0 stars isn't a option. The biggest waste of time on earth. Every time you call there idiot customer service reps have you go through a 5 minute verification process even if you have a simple question that would never compromise anyones private and personal info. I let them know exactly what I thought of them told them to cancel me and they sent me an email saying my account was being closed because of ME and my behavior essentially. Good!!
They are absolutely the bottom of the barrel. They aren't capable of an intelligent conversation. BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS! The Lexington Law company that built the great reputation is long gone. This company is choking and will die quickly.

The only reason they’re getting one star because I have to put a star to do a review… I canceled this back in December because they keep charging my credit card debit card every week to two weeks and they’re still doing it after I canceled with them one month they charge me like $350 finally they credit it back like two months later They have done nothing for me. This is why they got a 2.2 review worse company I ever dealt with I would not refer them if they were the last company on earth.

Lexington Law - associates stated that new information had been sent to creditors and I should wait until they receive info at end of the next month. FALSE! I received information from 4 creditors stating they'd received my inquiry, but unfortunately, it did not contain sufficient information for them to investigate. Lexington failed to send pertinent information for 6 months! I asked for some type of refund and was scoffed at and told absolutely now. Then, because I stated I was filing a complaint, they got smartaxx and started the rebuttal and refused to continue with the conversation. SAVE YOUR $$$$ and either deal with the creditors yourself or MyFico or similar. Lexington Law took $750 from my and never looked back. They are the current Theives of the Week.

I received emails from them that my payment was declined and needed updated. Never heard of them before today, went to their website and clicked forgot password and was able to login. my "account" had a card on file that wasn't mine and said I had e-signed a bunch of contracts a week ago. When I reached out I was told it might have been fraud and they would fix it, but needed the credit card on files number and I told them I don't know the number, thats not my information as stated in the previous chat, the chat was immediately disconnected. I tried to re open a chat but was told that my account was not fraud and I would need to pay the fee.

They continue to charge even though I stopped my account with them the same day it was made. I have contacted them on multiple occasions over the last few months. They have confirmed I did cancel. Yet I continue to have this problem. Its been four months. Each month they charge me $25, $33.57 then twice for $140. I have tried blocking the payments. I have contacted them, as I have said. They refunded me $19 one time. I will be sending out yet another email, calling AGAIN, and contacting the bank. I can't even sign into an account, as it was CANCELED and no longer exists. This was confirmed over the phone and in their chat feature in September TWICE.

I signed up 4 months ago to get 2 things taken off my credit report, never got to talk to a person! I have court documents showing these things did not belong to me, they did nothing, it's all on there still! Waste of my money, to cancel this was like dry to pull teeth.
I'm going to try credit saint now, there price is even better and I talked to a person.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not sign up with these people. "Back in the day" this was a legit service, but you'll deal with nothing more than AI BOTS, and if you do manage to talk to an actual live person, they'll laugh in your face. Absolutely not worth the time (and, certainly NOT the money), so avoid at all costs!!! One day these execs who have signed onto AI as their holy grail will get their just rewards.
They overdrafts my accounts so many time. They were taking money out of my account every day none stop when I went on there chat confront Them. They canceled me and said I owed the 156. When they took out 63 every week.
Easy to sign up, less easy to cancel...Live chat has a button where you would hit send to reply and it is actually a cancel chat button. I had to talk to multiple people to cancel but it was done. I paid $420, nothing was done. I have avg 690 credit, I just was looking for some small stuff to be taken off and they did nothing for the 3 months
They all sound too good to be true . Creditsavy's credit repair service unlike Lexington law, which fell short. Creditsavy delivered real results, improving my credit score quickly and professionally. Their transparent communication and personalized approach truly made the experience worth the amount of courage I had to put up to trust this service . Highly recommend for credit restoration in a fast and permanent way.
