Lexia is a flawed app by many ways but some main problems coming from a student is
The material is repetitive
The lessons are slow
The voices are annoying and talk slow
The colors are dry
Treats the users like 8 year old's
When your struggling it repeats the instructions and opens up a mini lesson doing the same thing with no additional help
Lexia is not for learning its for standardizing pointless information and is a flawed method of teaching

Literally everything sucks. It's true. Bruh, like, the person who made the crap made it for one clueless ai of a child with dyslexic problems and now it feels like our teachers think we are dyslexic, I am personally offended. I appreciate all these bad reviews. This website makes me almost smash my laptop every time I get on it. 1-10 is as far as this website lets me go but I would give it a 0-10 if I could.

I don't like mylexia because of the boredom and I get frustrated with the program because of the slow monotone voice for 10 mintues, and it glitches all the time I try to answer the question and I honestly think they should up grade mylexia, and change the voice so it would be easy for everyone.

Worst thing ever, Deserves -64738 stars but you can't do that. The AI voice is annoying and the GUI is horrible. I had to do something called Latin Roots, where you use words from Latin descent. There was a prefix that you used, if you matched it up with word, you move on, if you mess up once it takes 10+ minutes to come back. Anyways I had to find an image that matched with hit, so I chose the image of someone hitting something. But it was WRONG because the hitting the desk didn't use the prefix. Anyways it is just the worst, rage inducing, horrible thing ever. Games that are supposed to make you rage are not as good as this. If Lexia sees this PLEASE FIX YOUR APP, it treats me like a 3 year old while the voice talks soooooo slowly. At least make a skip button in the videos.

It takes me (a student) 5 minutes to complete 1 unit. 2 of those 5 minutes are instructions that are useless, because I know how to do it. Oh and if I was in the middle of finishing a unit then exit the page I lose all of the progress I made on that unit.

I hate lexia. First theres that stupid AI voice that yells at you every time you get ONE thing wrong. That's not a good way to encourage kids to read. To be honest, it does not even deserve one star.Thank you for listning to my complains, I hope you do not have to do lexia anytime soon and best wishes, Dash Parker

Lexia makes me so angry, It is far too repetitive and makes me want to pull my hair out, it does not fully explain it lessons and makes me feel like I am a very dumb person, Lexia is the last thing I would thank for my learning. instead of everything being on computer, things should be written out and worked on paper so teachers and friends can help you. Lexia does not light a good future for the generations to come. we are becoming lazy, computer programs are not the way.

Bad. When I get a SINGLE thing wrong, it sends me back to do something i've already completed. I don't want to hear that thing's stupid voice again. Sure, the videos and stuff can be funny, but I think it's just, bad. Programs with a set 'Path' are usually bad, but Lexia is a special case. It only goes one pace. The lessons are frustrating, and it doesn't even have fun UI (Something that other programs, such as I-Ready do well on). Overall, Lexia is boring, frustrating, and shouldn't keep going without some serious QOL improvements.

Update. I think I'll specify about PowerUp as a service.
Entering it: The UI is okay, but it's the same through most of the program. A warm color scheme could make it look much better.
Lessons: Streaks were not a good idea. I'm aware it's meant to be a motivator to keep going, but in turn, it also causes the opposite effect. i'd say more but my ela is almost over so i'll update later...

Lexia is not good for learning it dose not teach.First it dose not explain how to do the lesson.Also if you get a question wrong it makes you do it again.OVER ALL LEXIA IS TERRIBLE AND NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN

hate lexia so much that when they hear the ai sound they break they're computers of how awful lexia is!!!!!!!!!!!1

it is terrible if you get something wrong it does not help you learn and figure it out it just resets all progress and just makes you do it again without explaining anything

the dog on the exit screen is creepy as freak it scared me as a child and still does

lexia is so bad im pretty sure its supposed to be a punishment, the ai sounds so annoying and you have to retake everything if you make one mistake, and its rlly useless and i never learn anything

It is so annoying and i hate it so much. I never wanna play it again.

i really dont think this is even good for students
since the website coding structure is not even good since on mobile i keep on randomly get loged out i didn't even do anything and it is just not good and teaching older students it still uses the primary alphabet prononiceing like gu instead of gee the voice is really annoying and you cant skip it

No longer supports Android.

Not sure what the company was thinking when they decided to stop supporting Android devices. Now 48% of the population can't use their products. I will be recommending to my child's school that Lexia's use is discontinued as it is no longer inclusive to those who can't afford or don't want to purchase Apple products!

The grammar on lexia sucks so bad to the point where i actually avoid it at all costs teachers don't force kids to do lexia!!!

LEXIA SUCKS! I had a terrible experience with lexia. It was advertised as a super helpful website to improve grammer, but it made me fail my test. Save your money and avoid lexia at all costs.
