We assessed and diagnosed your two hardware devices thoroughly onsite. One has a dead motherboard and need to be replaced and the other one has a corrupt windows image that requires formatting and OS re-installation, but you declined to proceed with the repair solution that we recommended due to financial concerns.
This should not be seen as our shortcoming and our team does not deserve such low rating for our hardwork, even when its not the outcome you expect.
