I bought the "Rainbow Ombre" wand set, which should have come with:
●A Guide to Wand Use.
●A coiled Glimmer Charging. Cord in a metallic pink colour.
●Sparkly Travel Case.
●Rainbow Glimmer Nail Polish.
●Rainbow Glimmer Body Gel.
●A set of Metallic Temporary Tattoos.
All I received was the wand, a basic white USB charging cable, an instruction booklet and a very cheap and nasty case made from the same material as the jellycat bags.
I thought it was odd as the box felt very light.
Not a good first impression of the brand. I had my eye on a couple of other wands, but I won't bother now.

Was sent a damaged vibrator, offered no refund or replacement
I ordered a personal massager which cost over $140 after tax. I had high expectations with such a costly device. The device (to be used in sensitive areas) had visible scratches on it. I reported the damage and provided a photo to Le Wand. The company took over one week to respond to say "Our warranty doesn't cover surface-level blemishes so we wouldn't be able to offer you a replacement in this instance." This is not a warranty issue - I was sent a damaged product. I will be contesting the charge with my bank and never shopping with Le Wand again. I do not want to use a damaged product for my personal massage needs.
