If I could give them a zero I would. Ordered 2 pairs of jeans, zero communication on when they would ship. I placed an order on the 11th of January, it is now January 15th. Was told won't ship for another 72hrs! Total of days, supposedly, would be 7 days. Was told they haven't even taken payment yet. I told them well if they haven't taken payment they should go ahead and cancel my order. 5 days and still haven't shipped, yet wants me to wait another 3 days. I have never in my life waited for something to take 7 days to ship. Not even China orders waited that long to ship. I'll just tell BBB, shout Levi's out on Twitter, and Tiktok. Warn everyone not to purchase online!!
Why Large Companies are Failing - Poor Customer Service
Went to the Battersea Power Station store in London and had to order a pair of jeans to be sent to the store. Rather than get them in for me to try, I had to buy them! I was then advised that the items had been delivered by DPD, and was sent a photograph showing them lying on a floor! The store had no knowledge of the delivery and refused to give me a refund as I could not produce the jeans. They seemed unable to understand I couldn't give them the jeans because they were unable to give me the jeans!! After a number of telephone calls and visits to the store and the head office I was sent a Declaration of Non -Receipt form which I had to complete. The strange thing was I had to do all the work and the staff at Levi's did nothing to track the parcel down. Why should the customer be held responsible for deliveries from one part of the company to another.
Finally they have agreed to refund the cost of the jeans but I need to wait between 7 and 10 days for this to happen.
Delaying order and Refuse to cancel
Levi’s keeps delaying my order, and when i asked for a cancelation, since it’s a “final sale”, they refuse to cancel the order. I will never order from this company again

I ordered two jackets during the holidays and they didn’t ship. I called and they explained the jackets were ready just needed to be picked up. According to them the solution was either to reorder or cancel or wait for the order. I explained I’d wait and that I’d like to speak with a supervisor in the meantime to see if we could get it expedited. When the rep came back on the phone she explained my order was refunded which I didn’t want since i ordered the jackets during a sale at a discounted rate. Absolutely trash service. All I wanted was my jacket but it was easier to cancel my order without my consent than to help me with it.
Horrible customer service. Ruined my Christmas
Genuinely never gonna order from here again. Because why would I? They sent me SOMEONE ELSE’S ORDER, and refused to simply send me the same item. I didn’t even ask for damn refund! Just wanted the item I paid for. They said they would only give me a refund, and the worst part? Instead of giving me a refund, the least they could’ve done by this point, they did it as a return. So because I wasn’t able to send this random dude his package, which isn’t my responsibility,- I wouldn’t be ORDERING ONLINE if I could just DRIVE to the post office- SO, they eat my 30 bucks and I didn’t have that gift for my dad on Christmas. I’m so frustrated about this and the customer service is terrible. Talking to someone else probably wouldn’t have made a difference because he, quote, had “no options for me”, besides a refund which I didn’t get. TERRIBLE
The worst customer service available…
The worst customer service available today. Placed an order for a hoodie as a Christmas present which was received and wrapped the recipient loved the item unfortunately the security tag had been left on the item. I contact customer service who advised to return quoting an internal reference and the tag would be removed and the item returned to me. I followed this request but never received any email update from the customer representative who was handling the return, I emailed requesting the return tracking number only to be told that a refund was being issued and the item is no longer available! The customer service response is so weak and unapologetic they really could not care any less. I am hopeful that this review is read and prevents anyone else ordering any product from Levi’s in the vein hope they go out of business.

On January 7th, I visited Levi’s at the Tanger Outlets in Florida in search of white jeans. I picked one to try on, and when I opened it, I discovered it was stained and soiled inside. The entire pant was covered in filth. The situation caused quite a stir in the store when the associate helping me noticed what had happened. While I love the brand, this incident raises serious concerns about their hygiene and quality control processes. Imagine if it had been a black pair of jeans, and I hadn’t noticed. The potential health risks are alarming.
Terrible experience and outcome
Ordered a shirt, advised it would arrive on 31/12. Received a notification that it had been delivered by Yodel to my local pick up store ( where I’d ordered it to). Went to collect, I’d added the collection code to my Apple wallet and was surprised to be told it had not been scanned or delivered at their shop, they’d not received it. Spent some time online, then on a call to Levi’s ( yodel initially referred me to contact them as it wasn’t ‘ a yodel delivery code’ ). Whilst helpful the person couldn’t let me know what had happened nor why. Levi’s had my money and I was now embroiled in unwanted admin. I contacted yodel via chat and they said they’d investigate, they then advised me that when they could speak to the driver, they’d get back to me. It’s over a week since ordering and not receiving. I’ve just had an email to say within10 days I’d receive a refund. Total jokes. Absolutely terrible experience. Would not use again.
Awful online experience
Ordered 3 pairs. One turned up on first delivery that said would contain two and another pair turned up a day later. WhatsApp customer service is a useless bot. Apparently new year eve is a public holiday and therefore no one answers the phone and the app crashes mid way through sending an email. What a dreadful experience from a company that’s had over a hundred years to get it right.

Wanted to leave a review after excellent service in Edinburgh. Had to return jacket for a larger size. Lady in the store was clear efficient and super friendly..and it wasn't a simple swop..she had to organise a refund online then I repurchased with the e voucher.
We had ordered items online. Shirts and the jacket. They all arrived. They were all spotless. Very happy.

I would give a 0 if possible. I ordered jeans and they sent me someone else's order. They wanted to treat it as if I ordered the wrong thing and it would not even let me do that. Their customer service (which was not in the US) finally just hung up, was absolutely no help. Completely dissatisfied, will never purchase any of their products again.

Ordered 2 pair of Levi’s on 12-13 email confirmation sent stating items on the way, called 12-23 still nothing said in transit. I received an email 12-26 saying that they had not been shipped still at carrier facility. Called 12-27 still nothing… ask for a refund also asked to speak to a supervisor and was told by rep that it wouldn’t change anything…. So basically they don’t give a ———-. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift…will never order from them again period

Horrible ! Returned wrong items and they were received 10/24/24. It is now 12/17/24 and refund still not processed. Customer service first looked up wrong order. Then told me refund will be posted to my credit card in 5-7 business days???? Two months of holding on to my money that I may be paying interest on.
