I was in a panic as this is my 1st week on this job after training. Kendra answered all my questions and helped me fix my mistakes so that the document (pre-lien) I was trying to send out was sent to the correct people/places. I am so glad I had her there to answer my questions as I am getting to know how to do pre-liens and she was so nice and patient with me. It means more than you all know to have someone to answer questions when you are in a panic and need to make sure things are corrected. Kendra was outstanding!!

Quickbooks Integration - Sync Help
I lucked out and was the only person in the session. So I was able to get specific help with re-syncing Quickbooks to Levelset! Rachel was very helpful and got everything back up and running for us quickly!
Easy & useful
Level Set is very useful to our company. With having to constantly file Preliminary notices, LevelSet makes it quick 7 easy for us to do so! Also, the chat agent Kendra was great. First year with Levelset
We just completed our first year with Levelset. The platform has helped reduce the amount of collections and has made it easier to collect. They also make it very user friendly.
Lien with ease
Levelset made the somewhat troublesome process of getting a mechanic's lien a breeze. Once all the information is entered, they do all the rest which is nice when time is limited. I was really having such a stressful time with my current situation. Money has been tight and not getting paid by my GC has only made my situation worse. I have been trying to learn about liens in Louisiana but the statutes are lengthy and confusing.
I contacted LevelSet and I was able to speak to a real actual person who could answer all the questions I had about my situation. I was surprised by how much information my customer support rep had about Louisiana specific laws. He took the time to explain the waivers process and did it in a way that I could understand exactly how the entire process works. I finally feel back in control of my business.
