Love the products. The paper is in good quality, write well, even with fountain pen, it doesn’t let ink bleed through. I have been buying them for years.

The diary uses a very fine surface of 100gsm paper ? which works very well with fountain pens.

Good learning journal, poor finish journal
Hi! I love the learning journal, but I am dissapointed with the finish journal. It looks to me like very little advice or rather quotes that are supposed to motivate you rather than a real guidance as to finish projects. Moreover the whole topic of finishing is not really covered. You're getting some very few tips on how to make a plan for your project - but really very little. And then the whole magic of how to really finish something remains a secret again. Designed well but hardly any content. Would send it back if it wasn't so expensive to send it away.

Excellent diary
The diary arrived fairly promptly but had minor damage. These things happen in the mail so that’s not Leuchtturm1917 Australia’s fault. Initially, when I used their online form to send a photo and ask for help there was a problem with communication. After making further contact Leuchtturm1917 Australia sent a new diary. The diary is excellent and I can recommend them.

Product never arrived however supplier was excellent in assisting me
Product never arrived. Auspost asked for the supplier to contact them. I tried to raise a support ticket with you but received no reply. I would like to speak with someone reference this issue please.
Update: received reply from Leuchtturm below. Will update again when issue resolved. 20 Aug 24.
