I had a dispute with above company. It appears to be resolved in good time. I am waiting for funds as promised to reflect in my account and as soon as it reflects I will certainly edit my review to a very positive report. Thank you for resolving my problem

There was a problem wiht my suscription and they found a solution in a few days.

I had to change my mind and cancel my membership. However, Eric from the support team was helpful and competent.

Company is working on getting me ny money back
34.85USD were transected without my approval
More than 20 days have passed and I haven't received my money back

Claire has told me to wait for few more days and money will be back in my account

My experiences about this platform are not good. It deceived me twice. First, they steal my money and didn't send what I had ordered. Secondly, they promised for refund which they now refuse. It has been a month that they didn't refund. The most alarming thing is that they debit money from bank accounts without permission. It is highly threatening.
My suggestion is that to avoid this platform as they can steal your precious money. Thank you everyone!

Miss Paula has been a good escalation support. But I would like to give 3 stars rating because they have not refunded my money back to me, but rather they updated my membership.
