I've been using this for under a fortnight, and just yesterday, I scored a £200 win on an instant play! The amount was credited to my account today, making it a wonderful early birthday treat for tomorrow. Grateful and excited for more wins!

I just won £400 can't believe and I didn't spent much

I’ve spent a fair amount of money on this site and won a prize along with a cash alternative. When I attempted a withdrawal, my account was placed on hold and I was asked to provide a selfie holding my driving licence and a photo of my debit card, which I found unusual.

I explained that I don’t have a driving licence and asked if I could verify using my passport instead, but was told this wasn’t an option. I’ve won on other competition sites before and have only ever been asked for standard ID verification, such as a photo of a passport or driving licence, no selfie or picture of bank card required.

I later requested that the balance be credited back to my site wallet rather than withdrawn to a bank, but this was refused. As a result, my wallet balance was not processed and the prize remains unissued unless I complete verification I’m not comfortable with.

Communication was slow and inflexible, and no alternative verification options were offered. Won’t be using this site again.

“Every ticket wins a prize” is false advertising thought I’d give it a go thinking maybe the prize as a minimum would be entry into a larger raffle with one winner since “every ticket wins a prize” I bought 250 tickets only 2 had a prize… 2 free tickets in the draw I entered which ended up winning nothing.

I understand it’s a business but if you advertise something like every ticket wins a prize you have to honour it 248 tickets of mine prove it’s false advertising.

Only ever won a little bit of site credit. However my issue is that for some reason theres no option to even use the site credit you have. No where is there an option?! Also where do you post your winners. I'm sure legally you have to post on your site the results (there are new laws coming in/come into place recenlty). There's no way to tell if youve actually won anything at all?

Done hundreds and hundreds of spins, they don't give any cash wins at all....£50 not even won £1. Rubbish, rand tickets is all they give, whatever that is...no explanations...just swallows your money...waste of time and money this site

Easy to play but never seem to see any winners

Have had some small wins and once won £1000 but compared to how much I have put in probably not even up that much. Over the last year have played less as all the games just seem the same now and all you seem to win are a few ticket to one of the 5p games payout are super quick if u do actually which is good.

Most tickets are cheap spend £20 only thing I won was 25p in credit thing, yet you hear of all these people winning never seem to have much luck on any of these things, I brought 50 tickets for the Del Boy comp won nothing. Site is very colourful.
