The referencing process was hitch free. Staff was willing to give landlord a call inorder to chase the referencing in good time. Generally it was amazing.

Quick responses that actually answered any queries. Clear instructions as to what was wanted.
Only query was the format of the questionnaire itself as there didn’t seem to be a back button and there was no confirmation page with all the details before it was submitted (nor a pdf of what had been submitted).
