The process was smooth with excellent communication throughout. I always received a reply the same day, usually within a few hours, for any queries I had. I was primarily in contact with Rachel and Mary—both were fantastic and very helpful. I'd also like to give a special mention to Gary, whose lightning-fast follow-ups with the seller's solicitor helped move things along quickly.

We had a great experience using Let’s Move as our conveyancers. As first time buyers we were told how stressful this process can be and how people have issues with their solicitors but Gary made it the complete opposite. Any questions we had were answered, we got replies to any emails straight away, we didn’t have to chase at any point and everything was clearly explained at each point of the process. And although not living locally and doing this whole process over emails and phone calls, not once did this feel like a disadvantage. We weren’t left waiting to hear back from Gary, every email was answered within the day (mostly within half an hour!). Gary and the company as a whole were reachable at any time we needed.
