Helpful customer service agents and speedy withdrawals

After requesting a withdrawal I was needing some information regarding the player verification process, so I contacted customer support via live chat. My questions were answered quickly and I was impressed with the personnel skills and knowledge of the agent who dealt with my enquiry. The verification process was simple and lightning fast as was their withdrawal processing time.

I want to write this review as I am…

I want to write this review as I am upset. On the 3/5/25 I won $2000 on lets lucky, so I decided to take it out as it would help me alot.
I go back online to check that my account has been disabled.
I messaged the company and I spoke to Dorothy.
She couldnt let me know my account was disabled. She also said I couldnt open my account again.
I took screen shots of the conversation. She said that my funds will be going into my account and I will get a receipt to my email.
So I hope it goes into my account.

Be very careful with this, you Deposit 200 dollars of bitcoin and it gives you a sweet bonus, turns out you have to make or lose 12000 dollars to withdraw anything at all :/

Super easy to use and to register and to get verified any problems the staff at lets lucky respond immediately. I do see a lot of people complaining it’s a scam but I’ve won a large amount of money and have been getting paid in the time frame that they clearly state really happy with this casino and will be making it my main platform to gamble on
