Stay away from this shop

Stay away from this shop. Bought waterproof spotlights and within 4 months one is defect. I asked for guarantee and they refuse. Reached out to a competitor who sells exactly same spotlights and drivers and they confirmed my installation. Same light, slightly better price and guaranteed

Bedankt voor je feedback. Jammer om te horen dat je ervaring niet positief was.

We hebben samen met de fabrikant gekeken naar de situatie en vastgesteld dat de spots zijn gebruikt op een manier waarvoor ze niet zijn gecertificeerd, waardoor de garantie helaas niet geldt. Ondanks dit hebben we aangeboden om het probleem kosteloos op te lossen door een vervangende driver te sturen.

We begrijpen dat dit frustrerend kan zijn en staan altijd open voor een constructief gesprek om tot een oplossing te komen.

I ordered a lmap that is missing some part (it's important to the lamp itself but it makes it look better, and I contacted them, but didn't help.
