We have used this company 3 times. 2 were great! It’s all about the chef. They make the experience. The last experience we had a Chef that wasn’t interactive, didn’t even go as far to ask my guest how they wanted their steak cooked and told me he had another party to get to so he was in a very big hurry.

Our party was a huge success because of our chef!
He was engaging with everyone and had guests come up and help cook with him. The food was excellent! There was a lot to eat and most guests took food home with them!

Truly the BEST evening I could ask for! Our chef Leo and Peter were amazing. We had a group of 15 people and could not have asked for better service. The entertainment, food and ambiance were all 10/10. I highly recommend booking with them!

Food was ok. We had to make our own fun b/c out hibachi chef was acting as if he didn’t want to be here. After all of that, I tipped him $10 b/c I wasn’t impressed at all and he decided to ask my guests for tips. I was not only embarrassed but I was humiliated. I would not recommend unless you get a different chef

This was the best party EVER!!! It was for my son’s 13th birthday and his friends and I couldn’t have asked for a better chef to interact with the kids!! He was so fun!! The kids had the best time and so did the adults! Food was amazing and the entertainment was fantastic!! Thanks to this company- loved everything!

We had a great time doing backyard hibachi for a recent bachelorette trip in Austin! The chef, Toyota, was amazing - a great entertainer and really read the vibe. The food was delicious! Would highly recommend Let’s Hibachi Austin and Toyota!

Let’s Hibachi was a fabulous time for our daughter’s birthday! Our family had the best time with Mason! He was very professional but made our experience a blast! Our grown kids loved the karaoke! It was one of the most fun nights with all of our kids!

Let's Hibachi was a great idea for my birthday dinner. Chef Geoff and Chef Dubs were awesome with keeping us entertained and also cooking up a delicious meal. They took away the hassle of the cooking and prepping as they did all of it for us and all we had to was bring ourselves, and set the tables and chairs up! Hope to have this experience again for other special celebrations!

My sister thought enough of me to celebrate my 67th birthday and her grandson's 4th birthday with a Hibachi dinner. I thought we were going to a restaurant, but having it at home, in the middle of a thunderstorm was oh so awesome! I didn't know it existed (in my M&M's candy voice). Ray was on time, in the storm and brought sunshine to my day and my sister's grandson. He was so entertaining and engaging with all 16 people under the tent, giving us all the birthday attention a person could ask for. I'm all about making great memories and my family honored me with a great one. Ray brought rays of smiles and sunshine on a rainy day. With thunder and lightning all around us, there was nothing but love under the tent. Thank you to Ray, Let's Hibachi and the Evans. Let's Hibachi provided an fantastic outdoor dining experience for my wife's birthday. We had a group of 9 for the dinner and all left full and happy! JJ was an amazing chef and really helped our group have a great time. I would definitely recommend Let's Hibachi for your party and will likely use them again.

Let's Hibachi and Chef Nosiah helped make for probably the most fun birthday party I've ever had.

The company was very communicative of requirements and all of the details we needed leading up to the day of the party. Although they typically work out of larger spaces, they were able to accommodate the requirements of operating on our Manhattan terrace.

I was expecting a typical hibachi show experience, but this was much more fun and interactive. Chef Nosiah really brought the party: from the beginning, we were passing around the sake shot bottle while he did his knife tricks over the griddle, and he then spat fire out over our terrace fence!

There were games, including one in which we caught zucchini in our mouths, and a water gun filled with sake for blasting each other in the face. It was a raucous, wonderful time.

But perhaps the best part was the food—the food far exceeded my expectations, and was among the best hibachi fare I've ever had. Chef Nosiah cooked the various meats—steak, chicken, shrimp, scallops—to perfection and the sauces were fantastic. I happily finished every bite from the few leftovers that remained from our party of 16.

I would recommend Let's Hibachi to anyone who loves the fun of hibachi and likes to party. It was a 10/10 top-notch experience, and we will likely be hiring them again for another party later in the year.

We had the best evening celebrating my husband’s birthday with Let’s Hibachi! We had 19 people in our backyard and we were SO impressed at the efficiency and quality. The Chef, QQ, was so entertaining and professional. Our entire friend group is still raving about it.

Chef Rain did his thing! He was prompt, enthusiastic and a whole vibe. Chef Rain made sure everyone had a good time and that our food was cooked to our individual liking. The different deliverance of the sake was fun! Chef Rain turned our bachelorette party up a notch and the bride to be really enjoyed herself (we all did 😁). I'll be using this service again and will be requesting Chef Rain again.

A party to remember! We had such a great time, the vibes were high and the laughs were had. Chef Yogi made the experience something to remember and everyone at the party commented on how fun and delicious the food was!
