LGA is a fantastic team! We have known them for 2 years now. When our son, who was 7 at the time, started, he had never played basketball before. He is now a confident player, and we still see him improving session by session. Sessions are very well-organised, alternating intense drills and exercises with engaging and enjoyable activities. We are really glad our son got to join this incredible team!

My son is absolutely loving his time with LGA. The coaches are passionate, brilliant communicators and focus as much on personal and social development as they do on the game. He's growing in confidence both on the court and off it.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. I had been super busy with work and life that I hadn’t played basketball in months. Working out with LGA not only has gotten me back into shape but more importantly it has made me fall back in love with the game. Louis, who runs it, is a great man. Gives his absolute all to his clients and pushes them constantly, always bringing inspiring energy. Thank you LGA - I owe you a lot.

Our eldest son has been going for 2 years and our youngest (5 years old) started this season. The quality of training is impeccable. It is not only the basketball skills but they also learn about team work, behavior, attitude and sportsmanship. The coaches are exemplary, great with the children (and parents!) We also get invited to other events, keeping it fresh and exciting. We love our 2 hours a week with LGA and look forward to many more years to come, the boys absolutely love it.

Brilliant coaching, even better people.

LGA creates a great environment to work in that is both positive and challenging. To be able to work with high level, talented, and skilled athletes has elevated my game in really good ways. To work in an environment such as this is also encouraging because everyone is striving to be better than they were yesterday!

Excellent basketball training for young athletes. My son’s been training for about a year now and he loves going, is upset when he has to miss a session or it’s half term. The coaches are fantastic at what they do and very knowledgeable and provide fun sessions for the children to enjoy. I’m glad my son has the opportunity to play train and learn with LGA and would recommend them to any parent that wants their child/ren to engage in the basketball world with full confidence.

Professional organization that cares. Louis is something of a mentor to me as I navigate through my professional basketball career whilst providing me with top tier training both on the court and in the weight room. Have been working with him for about 7 years now and it has taken my career to new heights!

Extremely professional as well as child friendly. I’ve worked out with them as-well as my 5 year old son. They're enthusiastic and cater to each persons development (whether you do or old) and are punctual - what more can you ask for. The pricing to me is a bit steep personally however I am a strong believer in you get what you pay for and it is worth it at the end of the day when you are seeing results.

Training with LGA helped my game a lot. Many things that we work on are game related and translate to things that happen in game situations. I trained with Louis the whole of last summer going into my first year pro with the London Lions and because of that I was able to help a very stacked and talented London lions team to win the BBL championship this season

I trained as part of LGA for several years. They helped with tracking my progress, providing variety to my training, pushing my limits and improving my diet. I saw immediate and long last improvement in my fitness and general health. Their approach was nurturing, respectful and honest and I always felt like I was in good hands
