It started very fast and after the deposit was confirmed it took a little longer than I was expecting but the customer service was beyond excellent and helped me calm down and reassured me if there was a problem I would be refunded and almost 10 minutes after that I was notified it was exchanged! They also notified me every step of the way as well not just after I inquired I mean every step i got an email update. Very reassuring and very kind, I hope Catherine’s supervisor gets to see this as she was a delight to support me! 10/10 stars if I could give it

Transfer Issue but Great Customer Support
Accidentally sent the wrong token for a transaction and contacted support about the issue. Support has said they would discuss the issue with their liquidity provider. The issue did take a while to resolve but the tokens were fully refunded at the end.
Support were very helpful and quick to reply during the whole process.

First, we want to emphasize that we are always on your side. Even in cases where the wrong cryptocurrency was mistakenly sent, we have done — and will continue to do — everything in our power to help return your funds.
The difficulty in your case is that several issues occurred simultaneously with your deposit. These triggered an AML alert, and the liquidity provider blocked your funds. In addition, you mistakenly sent extra funds that were not tied to any specific exchange transaction. Both our system and the liquidity provider’s system are designed to operate only with automatic, transaction-linked exchanges. Handling funds that are not associated with a specific transaction requires manual intervention on both sides.
Our legal team has been working all this time to get your funds unblocked. Once that happens, we will move to the second stage — persuading the provider to return the funds to the sender, meaning you.
Unfortunately, the combination of two separate errors has made the situation far more complex. A process that normally takes a few days, or at most a week, has in this case stretched out over months. At the moment, we cannot speed it up any further.
We want to stress that LetsExchange is not at fault for any part of what happened. Everything we are doing to recover your funds is based on our principles and commitment to helping our users in any situation. That’s why we were disappointed to see your negative review on Trustpilot — we believe it is unfair and does not reflect the reality of the situation.
Yes, this issue has taken a long time to resolve — but not because of us. The situation itself also did not arise due to our actions or negligence. And despite the negative review, we are continuing to work to recover your funds. In the worst-case scenario, if the provider ultimately refuses to return the funds (which is also possible), we will inform you immediately. Please stay in contact with our support team — they will continue to update you on the status of your case.
If you still feel that we deserve criticism under these circumstances, that is your right. However, from our perspective, it would be fair if you removed your negative review.

I had a transaction that didn't go through, and when I couldn't locate the funds, I began to panic (just a bit!) I opened a ticket with LetsExchange and was promptly contacted by their support. One exchange deposit wasn't recognised and required waiting for around 48hours - Second exchange is still unresolved due to a 'review' only £140. I would recommend customer to avoid.

So far the last few transactions that I've utilized this exchange for have all went through. The reason for four stars instead of five is because sometimes or most of the time it takes 30 minutes sometimes an hour I've had one that took 2 hours to go through but that's the only negative that I see

Contrary to most other semi-decentralized "swap-services" this one actually works, and does not instantly try to scam you with fake AML concerns and insane KYC requirements once you make a transaction exceeding 1000 bucks. Everything is just smooth, rates are fair, service is fast. 20 minutes for bitcoin to ETH swaps is really good.
Thank you for being better than industry standards, by simply not ripping off customers!!!

Liquidity provider failed but got refund
Liquidity provider they were using (I suspect MEXC) did not deliver coins. Message back was:
"Unfortunately, the transfer is currently unavailable due to some technical issues on the liquidity provider side"
They won't tell you, but the technical issue (with many of these exchanges) is that they're trading leveraged paper and don't actually have the coins. It's fraud but they're getting away with it. Ran into this a while back trying to withdraw HBAR from the BTCC exchange. It's not the fault of letsexchange, but it did suck not being able to get my Qubic coins. But customer service was very responsive and refunded my money when I told them that's what I wanted (v's. "wait for the technical issue to be resolved" No thank you. Waited months to try to get my HBAR off in earlier case and eventually gave up and just sold and re bought elsewhere)
Overall, great service to get rare coins not available elsewhere.
