My swap is finally done
--ORIGINAL MESSAGE--
It is now about 38 hours since I made the swap and I have not received my token yet.
I sent the exact amount they specified. I also sent the correct token to the correct address. Since this was a fixed rate swap, I sent my token right away. Shortly afterwards I received the message "Deposit time has expired".
I sent a message about this 1 hour later and a reminder email 7 hours later. I have not heard back from them yet.
--UPDATE--
After I posted this review on Trustpilot, it only took 30 minutes to get a response to my email sent many hours before. It seems that posting a bad review on Trustpilot works very well in such a situation.
Afterwards, they responded quickly to my emails. However, I think it is too long to wait for about 40 hours to get an answer in such an important matter.
The token I swapped to have gone down in price, so I got more than I initially expected. I am very happy that I finally got my token and got more than first expected.

Highly Efficient Customer Service.
The response to my complaint was very fast and their was no delay during the interactions back and forth while the issue was resolved promptly as soon as all requirements requested was submitted. As far as i have just experienced they are doing eveything right.
