I will never buy something from them again! I bought a coupon on Saturday and on Sunday I cancelled the purchase, but their customer service said that I can't cancel. This is something I haven't used and will never use. (Konsumentverket said I could cancel the purchase and get my money back but Let´s deal refused). Very easy way to make money... Scam!
Based on your answer, what would be the solution? Lose the money? No, I don't think it makes you sad to know that I feel this way! How you would feel if you were the customer?

Do not order, you will not get it
Order supposed to come after 2 weeks. I waited 1 week extra, and contacted support. They said it will come after 2-3 weeks, and if not, I will get refund. So in total I supposed to wait 5-6 weeks for the childs hat, when it is cold already. At the end got no hat, just refund… will never order anything from here, as I really needed that hat and 2 weeks I could wait, but no more. Spent just my time by ordering, waiting, chatting, when I in could just order from other page, what I did.
For my waist of time, ordering one hat twice, chatting with them, got no compensation.
