LOVE my new medium Ella crossbody bag!!! This was my first purchase from the brand, and I was blown away by the high quality of the materials, design, and craftsmanship. It's both a beautiful everyday bag and super functional, with lots of pockets and two straps so it can be worn as a shoulder bag or crossbody. Also love the understated company branding instead of a loud logo. Will definitely be a long-term customer.

Have the same missing bag issue lots of people seem to have, not only have they taken my money and not provided the bag they have now stopped responding.
Such appalling services for a high end brand.

It has now been over 6 months and still can’t get any form of response after the claim to have sent another bag, which surprise surprise didn’t arrive

This was a gift for my husband and it was well received and arrived within a few days. He loves the quality of the toiletry case, the spaciousness and the fact that it compresses when not filled to capacity

The bag is gorgeous but
A- the card inside shows it's made in Asia somewhere, not in france
B- it was shipped from France, i got it in 3 days but my ahopping experience wasn't great. I wrote them on August 17, it's sept 28 and I'm still waiting for a reply.
I had more expectations and I'm not sure I'll buy the accessories i wanted next.

We purchased a tote bag several years ago at Le Tanneur's flagship store in Paris. My wife has been using it daily and it's held up well. The leather is still fine and soft. She's now a big fan and we just ordered another tote online. Overall, we are very happy with the quality and price.
