As what I would consider now being a regular customer this company and brand keep improving and evolving. Great to have a male focused brand that delivers an excellent product for a male capsular wardrobe. As an older guy who avoids most clothing brands due to considering age appropriate dressing this brand deliver an ultra modern look for all ages and accommodates a larger frame comfortably too! Range fabrics and customer service are 5 star plus all the way.

I have been buying from LESTRANGE since 2019. Quite simply I absolutely love the product. Classic style, excellent quality and perfect service. The after care is beyond helpful.

Problem with “next day delivery” & “try before you buy” but customer service dealt with it well. The trousers themselves are the most comfortable fitting trousers I have ever bought. Top quality. The addition of a belt loop or something I could clip my security pass to would make them perfect.

This is a great company. They are very reliable.

After returning an item four months ago, (plus 4 unanswered emails later) I'm still waiting for a refund for £90 (or even a reply). Awful customer service, and as mentioned on other reviews, no way of contacting their customer service apart from sending an email, which just get ignored!

Compared to the customer service from other similar companies in this space, Lestrange are so far behind. Their clothes are of a nice quality, but I can't see how they are going to be successful if this is how they treat their customers. So annoying and frustrating!

Was a great time, clothes are amazing

Apart from the great fitting, fashionably cut clothes and the clever creams free soft and comfortable materials, the whole ordering and try before you buy process was so easy. I also like the minimal packaging usage.

Came across Lestrange in 7 Dials, Covent Garden for the first time recently. Fell in love with a shirt (the riviera) in the window when passing, went in to try it on, fitted perfectly, loved the colour and classic styling so a ‘must have’ purchase. Customer service was perfect, minimal fuss, helpful and positive. The brand have strong ethics and that resonated too.

Very cool and simple style but still sophisticated and very well made. You could style your entire wardrobe with LeStrange!
