Easy to get to Le Shuttle in both UK and France. Easy to book on-line, seamless through all stages to board train after both Customs Clearance. Would certainly book again for continental travel.

We were charged three times for the dog when making amendments to our booking

Outbound was reasonably slick but the return was delayed by over an hour and with minimal information as to why, plus it’s getting a bit expensive.

Once again very frustrating experience with traveling on the Le Shuttle, the crossing part is fine, excluding the toilets (a known issue as many signs suggesting go to the toilet before you board)! but the scheduling, and the clear dishonestly with train times acting as it trains are on time, when they are not, customers should be given more respect, if its late, it late, dont pretend its not! This happened on both crossings!

The traffic was heavy and not enough staff to deal with it we were put on a much later train despite checking in on time . This disrupted our journey it was chaos
The food available was almost sold out so no choice and it was vet expensive

Booking was simple and straightforward. However the queues to say it was a holiday period was extremely slow and could have been handled better. The loading and journey was very good as was disembarkation. Sort the queues out and it would be 5 star for me.

We were traveling with a pet and The Whole process was easy and straightforward all the staff we communicated with were helpful and friendly

It was so easy to board signage was great and the guys on the ground were helpful in getting us through. We have used Le Shuttle for many many years maybe 3 or 4 times a year. It's always been so easy to use. We now book through the app which again is easy to use. We shall carry on doing so too!

Paid for Flexiplus. Flexiplus channel was closed on arrival. No explanation. No apology. Why pay to skip the queue when you can't skip the queue....

Nice smooth ride. But confusing roads from entry of area all the way to entering train. It is all beginning to show its age. a bit tired

Regular user since the tunnel opened travelling a few times each year. Useful, (assuming no delays) when a quick service is required. Cost when towing & with pets is extraordinary though & prevents me booking my September trip each year opting for the ferry instead. This year quoted over £900 return. (4 years ago the same journey on similar dates was £ 400). Journey by ferry this year is almost £400 less & this includes P & O's excellent 'dog lounge' with its freebies.

Super quick service. Boarded earlier train than planned. Return was just as good. Easy and efficient.

First time on Le Shuttle with car and caravan. Very quick and very efficient. No issues with the caravan. Would certainly use again though price is on the high side. Booking process was straight forward.
