The whole process from arrival to departure is done with ease and a slick process. Arrived early for the booking and was offered an earlier train at no additional cost.
Food outlets are expensive and food quality poor. Wouldn't recommend arriving hungry. Even Starbucks is far more expensive than a high st Starbucks and they have a captive audience

Departure and arrival on time, smooth and quiet journey, friendly, helpful staff

Everything went almost as planned, as usual the French were quite slow, so we actually missed our designated train, but it was of no consequence as there was plenty of room on the next one.
Booking process was easy, and the staff were very polite and helpfulo.

I have travelled with you for over 20 years and loved it.
What I am angry about now, is your decision to have the cheaper 1 night tickets non-amendable.
The pleasure of the shuttle was that there was no stress - if you turned up early then you were offered an earlier train and you might have to pay a very little more. If you were late, you were put on next one.
Now - it is stressful worrying about traffic and possible queues at the entry points.
You still got the money and we were happy.
We do not use you as much now - it’s too stressful.
Please change.

The company is doing well on speed of the crossing.
On arrival, the queueing system is far too long.
Travelling on a large motorcycle GL1800 entering onto the Shuttle can be quite risky, especially at the angle but it’s the centre plates that can be quite dangerous as my mate found out after dropping his Goldwing with a pillion passenger due to the flooring.
Another aspect is the staff can get in the way of the motorbikes when you are being told to park into a certain area to get into that area you have to approach at an angle whereby the staff are in the way.

Was very easy to book, add passenger info and got lots of useful knowledge via email. From arrival at Folkestone, the whole process was seamless and so easy to follow. Travel was great on the train and disembarking at Calais was just as easy.

So easy and so quick, compared to ferry crossings. Yes, it might be more expensive ( not sure why ), but so convenient. 30 minutes, and you dont need to get out of the car.
Unfortunately, you lose one star based on price alone. When you travel often, that price difference does mount up.

Quick and convenient.
We use LeShuttle occasionally for shopping trips to Calais.
The whole experience is smooth, the only thing I would say is there is never the offer to travel over early as there used to be
We travel about 140 miled to LeShuttle so allow plenty of time, so are often sitting around for an hour awaiting our departure.
The staff are fine, the crossing is quick and we are in the ehops within fifteen minutes.
Good service

Everything ran very smoothly. It was my first time using Le Shuttle but everywhere was sign posted very well so it was easy to work out where to go. I arrived early each time and was able to get an earlier crossing. I would definitely use Le Shuttle again and highly recommend it.

Shuttle fine as always, but directions inside terminal very confusing for driving.
Staff very friendly

Typically French!!! We booked 30 mins before arrival @ full price and when we checked they told us there is a 1.5 hour delay.. Cnuts.
This is the icing on the cake. Everything in France is as close to legal robery as they can get. €2.81. Per litre on diesel. Wtf. Toll's everywhere... never will I ever do it again.
Now its just been updated to a 3 hour delay

UK side v. Good experience. Easy/smooth check-in, directions and Flexiplus lanes clearly marked. Only downside is the very limited choice of food in the Flexiplus Lounge and its blandness.
Calais side appallingly badly laid-out and signed. Quite confusing. Touchscreens at Flexiplus booths did not work so had to call and wait for someone to answer eventually (all our operators are busy). You use ANPR for vehicle access to Flexiplus Lounge area; why can’t you use this to retrieve bookings at Flexiplus check-in booths? Very few travellers (we were only people in Lounge).
