Un cadre de vie idéal, au bord de l’Erdre à Nantes. Proche des principales lignes de transports, nos appartements étudiants à Nantes sont idéalement situés et permettent aux étudiants de rejoindre rapidement leur faculté ou école. Les appartements étudiants modernes et contemporains sont tous meublés et équipés avec des matériaux de qualité. La résidence est composée d’une salle commune pour favoriser le travail en groupe et accueille différents évènements organisés dans l’année par le responsable de résidence (soirées pizza, cinéma, blind test …).

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. I chose this company for the good reviews but the customer experience is very bad. After handing in my file, they wrote back saying i need a visa when i am a swedish citizen. I sent them back and waited for a whole week and they sent the same email requiring a visa after i sent a follow up email. I explained everything again but in french and then they said ok we will hand in your file. Afterwards i saw the rent get higher and higher because there was only one apartment left while they said wait we will handle your file. Never again. Do not reach out to them.
