Very disappointing
I was looking for a vegan lipstick from a company with good environmental credentials, and this company seemed to be perfect, although expensive. The most expensive lipstick that I have bought, in fact. The package arrived in a bright red shiny cellophane bubble-wrap envelope (in no way is this a good ecological choice, even though they say that you can send the package back). The lipstick itself, while having apparently healthy and pure ingredients, feels gritty upon application. My lipstick broke after only four applications (and very careful use and storage), so the colour is not properly fixed to the container. I have contacted the customer service twice - first upon receipt, regarding the inappropriate packaging, and second time regarding my broken lipstick and the strange texture. I have received no response to either of my messages, so can only assume that this is an unprofessional company, best avoided. There are much better, cheaper, more genuinely green companies out there that would have responded straight away and dealt with these issues. Don't waste your time or money.
