Fast shipping, and good quality products. The purity indicated is accurate (according to my tests). Order arrived in less than 12 days. Packaging is good, no leaks in chemicals. This is a really good source for chemicals for amateour chemists like me. Would recommend and definetly will order again.

Prices are good & always received what I paid for, but the packaging is very bad & and each time something has leaked and the cleanup is annoying. I would gladly pay an extra 40 cents for a good container per kg of product.

I currently have a small problem I’ve made mistake by writing my address wrong it’s the house number but idk they just take a ton of time to respond they still haven’t which I kind of get cause of holy days but yea hope Yall see this

I mistakenly placed an order which I had to cancel afterwards and which had to be returned. This was handled perfectly by customer service. The refund was done within hours even though I created the inconvenience. The shipment was alsof very fast, ordered at night and shipped early next morning. I would certainly recommend the company.

I placed an order with Lerochem on 27 September 2025 and received a nice order confirmation with a tracking number and the message “anywhere in Europe in 7 business days.”
Almost two months later, I still haven’t received anything else. The tracking number they provided hasn’t been updated since the day I got it.

I’ve emailed them several times asking for an update or a solution, but never received a reply. Then I applied for a refund but as you can already guess I received no answer. The complete lack of communication seems to be how they choose to handle customers.

I am very disappointed and recommend against this company.

I ordered hydrogen peroxide. It has been 2 weeks since the order and I have not received the product. No one answers emails and calls go straight to voicemail. I do not recommend ordering anything from here

I made my own hydrophilic oil for face using Polis.80 and apricot and grape seed oil in proportion 15% polis.80 and 85% oil. If it too thick add oil. It is just wonderful, fantastic! Taking in account shipping expenses from Lithuania liter of polis.80 is anyway 5 times cheaper than in my country. Thanks!
