I was excited about this dress because it looked great online. The dress took forever to get here, like 3-4 weeks. The quality is terrible, not at all what it looks like online. The way it is made is so unflattering. The way that the sleeves are attached, not under the arms like normal, but to the yoke of the dress, totally awkward and makes me look fat! I want to return it for these reasons and it is advertised on their website that you can, but they first only offered to give me $6 back. I said no to that offer and now they have offered $13 back on a $50 purchase. They said that I should take that deal because the shipping costs to send it back will be expensive. SOOOOOOO DISSAPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED BEYOND BELIEF!!!

HUGE mistake. It arrived today and it looks like a kids Halloween costume. Literally. That’s the only place I’ve seen this type of fabric. It has a weird sheen super thin and my cat won’t stop sniffing it. Going in trash Ugg $60 down the drain

Shipping took a little longer than anticipated however I ordered them early enough to have when i needed. Items fit as specified & to sizing, wld definitely order from them again!

Received dress I ordered today after long delay. Never received order acknowledgement nor shipping details even though I kept requesting. Dress looks nothing like the picture, is made of cheap fabric and interestingly enough no labels in dress other than size label. Would never buy from this company again nor would recommend. Buyer beware!!!!

I purchased a dress recently from Lerelo. The dress is worth the ~$53. I spent; however, it doesn’t fit so I need to return it. They obviously make it very difficult to even find their return policy which requires sending an email for a return authorization. That would be okay if they responded to the email but they do not. I’ve sent 3 messages with no response. Very disappointing and I will post on social media about my experience so no one else has to go through it.

Company advertised Free Shipping for orders over $79. Mine was over $79 and I was charged $14.99 for shipping. Sent many emails and received automated responses not addressing issue at all. Email responses suggested order wasn’t placed and offer credit for $4.99 once it was. Credit card charged weeks ago. Could not find a phone number to call.

Never received my order. They used tracking number from another company I ordered from. They refuse to deal with me since they said I received my clothing which I did not. Big Hassle and now I have to deal with credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I NOW KNOW THEY ARE FROM CHINA.

Advertised on their site that shipping takes about two weeks and it ships within Aus. Well it came from overseas somewhere and wasn't shipped till 2 weeks after purchase was made. They state on website they will refund less 10% if order is cancelled BEFORE its shipped. I demanded the the order be cancelled from day 9, everyday for a week. They kept stalling saying it left the warehouse, it is on the way to be shipped but they lied - refused my refund! It took 3 weeks for the items to make it to australia before I got a shipped notification then it took another 4 days to arrive. They should have honoured their terms on their website but they obviously don't. 🙄

The clothes feel like paper, it looks so cheap. The images are clearly photoshopped when compared to the item, no wonder they only feature 1 picture per item. Its all fake! They have blocked me on socials. No apologies. I want my money back! Do not buy from these scamming deceitful thieves!

Was shocked to see the beautiful tops that I ordered were being sent from China given the payment was in US dollars. The quality of lerelo clothing was cheaply made and the sizing was very small. Had many issues with their return policy as they will not pay return postage and refused to pay full refund. I am now $75 out of pocket. I couldn’t resell if I wanted too. Quality is so poor. Buyer beware. Chinese products from China. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM LERELO. The quality of their clothing is disgusting and they only refunded $60 of a $136 AU payment. Tops are now cleaning rags and that is all they’re good for

Absolutely terrible! This company falsely advertises their garments! My mum recently purchased a dress online it took over 6 weeks to arrive and when it finally did we were nothing but disappointed and completely dissatisfied. On their website the dress was pictured to obviously be of a cheesecloth / linen type material. The dress that has arrived is NOTHING like what was purchased. It is a flat material and polyester a lot brighter coloured as the pattern is printed rather than sewn as depicted in their pictures. This is false advertising at its best! And the dress was $90 AUD! To further our dissatisfaction now while requesting a refund the service team are not replying to emails or sending blank emails in return!
I am discussed with this brand!! Absolutely ripping people off and falsely advertising their products to be a far better quality than what they are!

They falsely advertise free returns and the quality of the dresses I purchased were not as described or pictured online! When I asked for my return as they advertised, they said “keep the dresses and we will give you back $30” when I spent over $110. I told them I don’t want the dresses and I want the return as advertised, they gave me an address to return to but now they are not paying for the goods to be returned and the dresses have been sent back to me in Aus. I am disputing this through my credit card company and will never buy from lerelo again. WORST COMPANY!!!!!

I love the vibrant colours of my dresses. The styles are very in vogue too. delivery was fast and efficient.

Very happy with the 3 dresses I ordered. I was pleasantly surprised that the XS sizes I ordered, actually fit! I am a size 0 in most things, and these fit great! Quality is nice, especially for the price point. All dresses were lined! Shipping took longer than expected, but all good!

The dresses that were delivered are copies of the ones in the photos. They are reasonable copies but the cut and material are very poor quality. Elastic on sleeves uneven or too tight. Very cheap flimsy polyester.

Lerelo is a SCAM! They coax you in with deceit, they bait and switch their products, when you want to return their trash, they “negotiate” how much they will refund you. I knew the moment I opened my package that arrived WEEKS later that I had been scammed. The fabric is NOT the same as what you see on their website. It’s cheap, thin, and see through. The “intricate” details are printed flat on the fabric. I’d rather wear tracing paper put together with tape. When I asked for a return because I was shocked by the crap I received, the quality is HORRENDOUS, they initially offered me “$30 as compensation, you can keep the item(s),is that ok?”, when I insisted on a full refund, then they said “Could you keep it/them and we would like to refund you USD $50?”, I still insisted on a full refund, then they said “The best we can compensate is $67, You can keep the item(s) for your own use. Our only return receiving warehouse is in Dubai.
The shipping cost is expensive. If you insist on returning, you must pay the freight by yourself.”, then they said “We can offer maximum refund US$75 for your order as compensation. Could you accept it? If not, you can return them at your cost.”, then they said “We will refund full money (USD $131.67) because we will deduct the freight (USD $14.99) what we paid for it before. Hope you can understand. Could you accept it?” WHAT LEGITIMATE COMPANY DOES THIS?!?! After insisting on my full refund after 20 emails and 2 weeks later, they finally refunded my $146.66 but I had to pay $27 to send everything back to Dubai. THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY. Lesson learned, NEVER again. They try to exhaust you so they can keep every penny and make excuses. If you’re trying to return something, good luck.
