I purchased over ten of these jars, to begin with they were great but then after opening and closing them often, the glass rim where the metal ring for the lid closer sits began to crack and splinter, now, every time I open and close the jars, a piece of glass breaks off and sometimes ends up inside the jar with the contents. I also own another brand of these jars (Kilna) and I have never experienced this problem with them so will now replace my le parfait jars with Kilna jars as they seem much higher quality.

Although, the product is of a decent quality, it's half-impossible to order. The website is slow, it freezes all the time, and when you finish the order and pay, you still don't know where it's going to be delivered. There is only one type of delivery available - relay pick up point - but which one, and when!!! That remains to be found out. But where??? This is so amateurish.

I’ve ordered Le Parfait as a present for my family member mi-November 2024. The shipment was not delivered (I was at home and waiting for it) and without warning returned to Le Parfait.

Client’s service at the beginning was very friendly and I promised to send the order back as soon as they will get it. BUT I never heard from them back since.
5 mails without answering and phone not working.

No reimburse neither.

update 28/01: shipment is on the way. If communication would be a bit more reactive, it would be better.

Sorry but no more than 1 star for me. Didn't receive the goods. SAV somehow reactive in the beginnen when I was asking what the status of the delivery was. Afterwards plain dead. No reaction. I consider to put our lawyer on the case. @leparfait What a pitty

The product arrived damaged, the discount code given by customer service does not work, the metal parts of the product smell strangely (I'm sure cheap metal will rust on its own over time), in general, I was not satisfied and I received no response after my complaints.

My experience was excellent! I bought four of these jars at a vide grenier and liked them so much that I had my husband order more. I do not use them for jam but use them everyday to put leftover food or anything that will free up space in my refrigerator. They should remarket these for food storage as they have received unfavourable reviews for jam making.

I’ve had two of the jars for years, I’ve given them plenty of use, so I wanted to buy more from the official shop. I bought two 6 packs, one 500ml and one 1l. The delivery was a bit delayed because there was some information missing from the address and nobody contacted me to let me know/ask (I’m not sure if that could be improved as this was the delivery company?) but it was packaged with a lot of care and nothing was broken (my first fear when ordering glass online). The products are superb, definitely worth the money, and I would repurchase again.
