I had a very disappointing experience with Lepaiyou.com.
The website promises fast delivery, but my order was never delivered.
What makes this experience particularly concerning is the tracking information. The tracking system states that the package was delivered, but this is simply not true. I never received the package.
Even more worrying, the courier/service shown as responsible for the delivery appears not to exist. This raises serious questions about the reliability and authenticity of the tracking information provided by Lepaiyou.
I have also looked at reviews from other customers and found similar complaints regarding orders not being delivered, questionable tracking information and difficulties obtaining refunds.
This is especially disappointing because Lepaiyou advertises fast delivery and a refund guarantee. Those promises mean very little if the customer does not receive the product and cannot get a satisfactory explanation or refund.
My experience:

❌ The stated delivery company appears to be non-existent
❌ Delivery information is highly questionable
❌ Very poor confidence in the company’s customer service
❌ Other customers appear to report similar problems
Based on my own experience and the other customer reports I have found, I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering from Lepaiyou.com.
I paid for a product. I did not receive it. Yet their system claims it was delivered.
I will never order from Lepaiyou.com again.
