Unreliable and Utterly Incompetent
I genuinely wish there were an option to give a negative rating. This was, without question, one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences we've had with any courier service.
Our parcel — containing important items for multiple family members and intended for a time-sensitive family event — was inexplicably lost within their system. For nearly two weeks, it sat unaccounted for in their Korangi warehouse, while we were fed a string of contradictory and misleading updates. At one point we were told it was in Dubai, then supposedly lost at Karachi airport, only to later discover it had never even left their local facility.
Rather than taking responsibility, the company blamed external factors that had absolutely nothing to do with the delay. Their communication was vague, dismissive, and riddled with excuses. There was no urgency, no transparency, and no sincere apology.
By the time the package finally arrived, it was completely useless, having missed the event it was meant for. We were left with significant inconvenience and financial loss, and the company has made no effort to make it right.
If your shipment has any importance whatsoever, avoid this courier service at all costs. Their handling was careless, their customer service dismissive, and their accountability nonexistent.

Leopards Courier COD staff is useless.
I'd say useless, Because they respond too late and we got returns a lot. Even the legit customers don't receive the products.

This courier service is very Slooly work And Dos not manage the System and very Unclassified Staff And Third class service

Pathetic service, no customer care support.

Their service is really bad. They don’t call, nor do they inform that the order is out of their delivery range. They just cancel it on their own. This is such a pathetic and awful service.

The leopard courier service is a disgusting service. Absolutely shameless working staff. Recently my wife was expecting a parcel, upon inquiry they said that the parcel has been given to some one else. We were never contacted in this case.

Upon further inquiry, we were told by the leopard person that my wife's PA was contacted and he refused to recieve the parcel. Which is a blatant lie because my wife doesn't even have a PA.

Bunch of shameless liars. Because the parcel was paid for. If it was to be delivered with CASH ON DELIVERY they would have made sure to contact the reciever of the parcel.

As far as I am concerned based on my experience, leopard service is the most shameless bunch of liars and decievers that must close down their disgusting service.

Leopard's service is good. But the guy who brings the parcels asks for a tip repeatedly and embarrasses me. If the person receiving the parcel gives it willingly, it's fine. But when Leopard's guy asks for it repeatedly, the guy gives it himself out of embarrassment. I also receive parcels from other courier companies. But they don't do that. I request Leopard Valve to act on this.

I want to send a parcel in emergency basis but leapord office was closed at 9:30 but online is showing open at 8:30 ,
I came from faraway , next door a man said they don’t have fix time mostly they came after 2 pm ,

Their tracking site is shit...the tracking code didn't work...so no tracking updates. Their contact number doesn't work...they delay orders for no reason...and lie to the sender companies...my parcel stayed in Pakistan for 8 extra days after the deadline and then got returned without any notice. So not happy with it.

My parcel arrived yesterday from Karachi to swat qambar but the swat team is one of the useless and lazy team in so called leopards service i will make sure to use any other alternatives rather than this shitt markets are filled with best competitors i try to contact them but they are not even picking the call

Leopard Courier has the worst service I have ever experienced. They return parcels without informing the sender or receiver, delay deliveries for days or even weeks, and have zero accountability. Their customer support is unresponsive, and they never return undelivered parcels to customers properly.

Tracking updates are inaccurate, and their staff often misplace or mishandle shipments. If you value your time and money, DO NOT use Leopard Courier!

Scam facilitators

I received a package cod from them that i never ordered. Rider took payment and never let me open the package before payment. There was just packaging material inside. No one to hear the complaint.

No one answers their helpline and the people on chat are more useless than a bot. No idea where my shipment is

My package reached intact from Karachi to Massachusetts USA intact, undamaged in about 10 days. A photo was taken of delivered item which was very helpful. The sender was able to track the package, the online tracking portal didnt seem to be working however. Was so happy to receive my package. Thank you
