Best Hosting services

I have to share this. This is the best Discord bot hosting service I have ever come across. And, it is absolutely free. They provide 24/7 support that really solves your problems and my bots have been up and running smoothly all the time. You can freely host your bots in Node. js, Python, and Java. The dashboard is straightforward and everything just clicks. It is next to impossible to get this level of reliability and support for a free service. If you are looking for a place to host your Discord bots, just stop and take this. I cannot recommend it enough.

Won't recommend at all

I tried hosting a discord bot using leonodes, it worked properly but the main issue was with the host. He was unnecessarily purging again and again, which made us upload all the application files to the website again and again. It was pretty annoying.

Hi, thanks for your feedback.

LeoNodes was a completely free hosting service — no payments, no ads, no donations — all funded out of my own pocket. The purges you’re referring to were announced in advance and were necessary to manage limited resources fairly for everyone.

That being said, the host is officially shutting down on July 31st, 2025 due to overbudget issues and lack of support. I gave it everything I could, but running a free platform at scale without any return simply isn’t sustainable.

Thanks to those who genuinely appreciated the service.

One of my friends told me about this…

One of my friends told me about this hosting service, but it has no data storage or backup guarantee. I created a simple bot, and it occupied 80% of the RAM. After a few days, my server was automatically removed due to their updates.

Hi, and thanks for the feedback.

LeoNodes was designed as a free hosting platform — and like any free service, it came with fair limitations. We were clear from the beginning: there was no guarantee of long-term storage or backups, and purges were part of the system to manage high demand and limited resources.

If your bot was using 80% of the allocated RAM, that means it wasn’t optimized for a shared environment. We had to clear servers that were either inactive, overloaded, or didn’t comply with usage policies — to keep things stable for others.

That said, the host is officially shutting down on July 31st, 2025 due to budget limitations. We wish you the best with your future projects.

In my opinion

In my opinion, the hosting was good in the first days, unfortunately, on the 5th day the situation changed. After the 1st day they took away the RAM, memory, etc. After the 2nd day they deleted all the servers if you didn't make a backup in one day.

Hi, and thank you for sharing your opinion.

Yes — LeoNodes started strong, and we always aimed to give as much as we could, especially in the beginning. But as demand grew and the server load increased, we had no choice but to scale back resources and implement purges to keep the system alive — all while still keeping it free.

We always announced purges in advance, and users were repeatedly reminded to back up their data. Unfortunately, when you're running a free hosting platform with no funding, some tough decisions have to be made.

The hosting will officially shut down on July 31st, 2025, due to budget constraints — but we’re proud we could help so many developers while it lasted.
