Presentation box is lovely

Presentation box is lovely, fast delivery and very well packed with bubble wrap. Bought as a present for valentines day so can't comment on the taste yet

Rude and unobliging customer service

I recently placed an order with Leonidas, opting for their most expensive delivery option (£11.50) — as I was purchasing a birthday gift — which, before payment, guaranteed delivery by a certain date. However, the email confirmation said it would be delivered eight (!!) days after this date. When I emailed to complain, asking for a refund, the incredibly rude person who replied repeatedly ignored my request and kept blaming me for their faulty website! It took nine emails in total before I eventually got my money back.

Really awful experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
