Everything you could possibly think of in ceramics
I had just purchased olive oil and vinegar in another store across the way so I wanted ceramic decanters to complete the Christmas gifts for my children. The sales lady was very helpful in showing me the different styles she had. The ceramics arrived 3 weeks later. They were very well packaged with nothing broken or chipped. Very friendly and pleasant to talk to while making my experience not feel rushed. I will definitely recommend to stop in this store on your next visit to San Gimignano

Italy to USA perfection.
The large vases arrived in perfect condition. The crating and packaging were outstanding. My wife and I were worried the vases would arrive safely, but they are experts in packaging and crating. Looking forward to visiting again.

Biscotti jar
The biscotti jar was packaged very well. The piece was beautifully painted. My wife was very happy until she unwrapped the lid and saw a chip on the inside rim of the lid. We looked for the chip but it wasn't in the packaging. The other issue was that the lid rocks when seated on the jar. I had to add a small rubber bumper to stop the rocking. If it wasn't for those 2 issues I would give it 5 stars. The correspondence was excellent with Anna.

Hi Guy, thanks for your comment. Sorry to hear there were a couple of things you were not so happy about. Do send us the photo of the lid. The fact the lid rocks is that they are always made separately from the canister. We obviously do measure the mouth of the canister. Perhaps, it is the mouth which is a bit uneven?
