This company is no longer trading

This company is no longer trading. My order was placed, they took my money but never sent the order out.
I contacted them in every way possible with no avail.
I eventually tracked down a phone number to a guy who said the company isn’t trading and shouldn’t be accepting orders.. said he would look into my order but of course I never heard from him again regardless of me chasing.

The cheek of it to send me an automated email from Trust pilot asking me to review an order which was taken under false pretences and never arrived!

I am long past expecting the order to arrive or receiving a refund. Shame on you Leo Ivy, I hope there aren’t too many others who have paid for goods that will never arrive. Close your website down and stop taking people’s money when you have no intention to ship any goods.

Don’t use this company!

Waited nearly 2 weeks for my purchase, emailed chasing this only for it to be refunded instead of dispatched. On the website it stated delivery would be next day, not keep your money for 2 weeks and then refund instead of fulfilling the order!! Completely let down and now too late to order a new one for Christmas. Won’t be using again! Very dissatisfied.

Excellent product but very disappointed…

Excellent product but very disappointed by the poor customer service. My order took over two weeks to arrive, despite the dispatch timed promised at time of ordering. During this time I contacted the company three times, by email and through their website form and received absolutely no response. On my final message I requested to cancel the order and be refunded as I had already missed the event for which I had ordered the gift. Again no reply and I never received notice of dispatch of the item. No explanation or apology was ever given for the delay or the lack of communication. Disappointing and despite the wonderful quality of the products I would hesitate to order again.

Terrible experience

Order items almost 2 months ago, which I still have not received. Have not even got a confirmation email say they have been dispatched. Have been in contact with the company a few times but no result yet and all the chasing has been on my part.

Didn’t deliver my item

Didn’t deliver my item, when I emailed to ask where it was didn’t received responses to emails for days. Asked for a refund for my next day delivery and if they couldn’t fulfill the order to refund and they didn’t even respond and just refunded the order. I also got a notification to say it had been dispatched when it had not and my order had been cancelled and refunded.

Grade A products and Customer Service! Highly Recommended!

Absolutely fantastic independent creator of personalised, laser engraved wooden gifts!

I had some pens specially made to order and it's safe to say I will almost certainly be going back for more due to how popular they proved with my followers.

Thank you so much to Leo, Ivy & Co for the wonderful, personalised service they provided, it made my week!

Definitely recommend these guys!

I use these guys on a regular basis and have had nothing but good service! Their communication is great and I’ve got nothing but good things to say about them. After reading reviews about peoples orders not turning up and kicking off, I think it’s awful that they’re leaving bad reviews for something that is out of their control due to Royal Mail strikes. I always recommend them to friends and family.

2 weeks no order updates and ignored

Over 2 weeks since I ordered, money was taken from account. No order updates and tried to contact through their website and Instagram and received no replies. Very poor customer service! Their Etsy shop seems to have great reviews but definitely avoid using their own website, they seem to take your money and avoid you.

Poor communication

Very poor communication and was let down by the seller. Wouldn’t recommend or use again.

As you are aware, we cancelled your order with a full refund and refused to fulfill it due to the rude messages and comments we recieved, as you purchased through our website with a different dispatch time to out Etsy.

For the future, we reccomend you check policies and dispatch times before purchasing.

We have also taken action to ban you from contacting us and visiting our website due to your messages of harassment and rudeness.

Parcel still not arrived!
