I've been with Leo (soon to become Bolt) as one of their first customers and the customer service I've had has been excellent. I'd particularly like to single out Alex who's gone above and beyond for me recently, and really dug into something many other providers would simply have ignored. If you're reading this Alex, you're an absolute star!
In terms of the service itself, it's been the most stable and least troublesome service I've had over the last couple of decades, and the only outages I've had are when openreach have been missing with the pole.

Walked me through the process of other fixes/causes of the issue before issue was sorted out within 10 minutes of messaging.

While initially difficult to get things moving due to the nature of a company still setting up, once I was able to get in touch with Alex the process from there was really easy. The openreach engineer was efficient and did a really neat job of the installation, and from there Alex was again an absolute star and helped me get things going with some excellent out-of-the-box thinking to solve an early niggle for which I can't thank him enough. Once that was solved, getting it integrated into my internal network setup was a doddle. Speeds are fast and stable and while that's arguably the most important part, it's a relief to know that the support side is responsive and genuinely helpful even when they're in these early stages of rolling out. Can't wait to see what the future brings!
