It take a lot time to receive the order and then they shipped the incorrect size shaft.
After that they will not answer my text messages.

Track718.us is a scam site, if you know how to dig, it's based out of China, not in the US as the .us would make you think it is. The site allows predators to log in such as Lenvoir and just put in fake info. We had a package that never went out, it's been a very long time now since we've made the purchase and still have never seen the package. They even tried to say the package arrived in our city in the sorting facility, but they failed to put the wrong zip code with our city, and used a zip code 2 hours away from here.

Do NOT use Lenvoir's site, and if anyone tries to show you tracking over Track718.us it's a scam site. I've been in cybersecurity, this is your warning.

Its been 5 months keep getting the same stuff 15 to 25 days for a refund. No product. This is a scam and fraudulent they need to be stopped.

It’s been 5 months now and no product or a refund. They keep saying the same thing… oh it take 15-17 business days…. Ummm 5 months later and still nothing!

I ordered something and I never received it they said it was delivered then I asked for a refund because I never got it it's been going on since December and they keep telling me the same excuse over and over the return policy 15 to 25 business days or we're working closely with our processing department to return it or now they're blaming it on the banks I've got them to all right over $100 at 25% interest every single day and they don't want to admit nothing but when they sent me another one saying that there return policy is at I put it in my email to where if they said that they automatically admitted to it to it owing me ordered on December 1,2025

never recieved my package although the tracking says it was delivered. I emailed them a few times no response or the email was undelivered.

This company is a total SCAM. Have been trying to get a product/refund back from November. Keeps saying it is shipped and delivered but it is not. First they said they would refund be 30% of what I paid and made it sound like they were doing me a favor. Then they said they would refund 100% back in beginning of January. So far nothing, just keep saying the banks have a lot of refunds to process and that it why it is taking so long. What does that even mean. Will never order from them again and will continue to post bad reviews ever chance I get.

Same as everyone ordered package they claimed it was delivered with cameras no delivery they offered me 90% refund back in November and still no refund! Stay away!!

I ordered merchandise back in October, company said it was delivered. I never received anything and I have surveillance. Contacted this company for a refund, they emailed me saying they could only offer partial refund and that I need to understand their situation as well bc they are out on product that I did not receive. I then asked for the pants to be resent as that is what I ordered and they said that they resent them . Well its almost Feb 1 and I still have received nothing. This company is a scam and are frauds. Stay away from ordering from this company unless you want to keep losing you money to them. So disgusted

This company is a complete scam do not order anything you will never receive it and you will never get your money back. I have reported them to the FBI

I didn't receive my package I received a notification that it was delivered when I complained to the email that I didn't receive the package I was told to check with my neighbors I did my neighbors did not receive my package I checked my cameras I never got my package delivered

Placed order November 23,2025 got 1 email. No order no contact since. Please avoid using their site. Fraud at its best

Lenvoir sold me the Milwaukee pants set qnd said they sent them twice which was a total lie and then wanted to say they were delivered.I told them I have 24/7 surveillance on my property and no.item ever arrived.They scammed me out of my money and I advice people to NOT deal with these people.

I bought some pants and it says they was delivered in Dec 7th which is a Sunday. So I contact them and the resent them and then it says it was was delivered Dec 25th which is Christmas. We all know that the mail don't run on Christmas. I am going to my bank to try to get my money back.

I ordered pants from this place and never got them.

I place two orders with this company for nearly $100. I track the orders and they said that they were delivered. I never received the orders. I contacted the company they offered me 60% or 90% of my money back never offered me a full refund never received my product never received a refund. They told me they couldn't even track the product and it came from China but my receipt said it was going to be shipped FedEx and they couldn't even give me a FedEx tracking number I will never order from this company again. BUYER'S BEWARE

I ordered some pants and never got them am never order anything from there sit they send you a fake tracking and a 2nd fake update of your purchase but you will never receive anything.

I placed an order with Lenvoir on 11/9/2025 after they advertised delivery within 3–7 days via FedEx. As of 12/10/2025, I still had not received anything. The tracking number they provided (SJHSD18746196YQ) did not update or show valid information through any legitimate carrier.

When I contacted Lenvoir, the reply I received was generic, unhelpful, and did not address the missing package at all. They simply told me the order was “out for delivery” and asked me to keep checking a link that doesn’t show any real tracking details. No clear answers, no real support, and no resolution.

After looking into the company further, I found multiple negative reviews, reports of undelivered orders, and concerns about the legitimacy of their tracking system. I wish I had known this before purchasing.

At this point, I cannot recommend Lenvoir.
Communication is poor, delivery promises are not met, and the overall experience feels unreliable.

I am currently seeking a refund through my payment provider.
