Lenus Clinic 

Don't trust Lenus Clinic. The Hair Transplant Dr does not speak any English, which is a very big problem. I showed the Doctor where I wanted the hairline, he agreed to the location, but then changed the leftside of my hairline without my knowledge, or consent, which is grounds for a Malpractice Lawsuit in the United States. The hairline that he changed without my consent looks like a receding hairline on the leftside. It is 3/8 of an inch higher than the rightside. During the procedure the Lenus Clinic Doctor was very gruff and never smiled, or acted friendly in any ways, as would be expected from a Medical Doctor acting on a professional manner. I would not have gone to the Lenus Clinic, if I had known that this Doctor was going to alter my hairline, without my consent. I cannot recommend Lenus Clinic to anyone looking for an affordable hair transplant in Turkey. Regards, Mark F.

The experience started from the airport where I was picked up and dropped off at the hotel. The day of the operation was great because they explained everything and the staff were friendly and exceptional. After the surgery they checked in on me. It’s a great experience and I already recommended to friends. I hope to do additional work with them in the future.

Lenus clinic have been nothing but professional and caring toward me and my transplant journey. The communication has been incredible, anything I needed they were right there to support. The transplant it’s self went so smoothly and the entire team where very very helpful and kept me feeling relaxed and calm throughout the entire process. I recently had my hair transplant at Lenus Clinic, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.

The team, especially Simge, Aysima, and Damla were outstanding: professional, genuine, kind, and always focused on my comfort and happiness during the procedure.

One minor suggestion however, would be providing a post-op headband could help manage forehead swelling, as it's common in recovery and often supplied by other clinics.

That said, it was an overwhelmingly positive experience, and I highly recommend Lenus Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. From the beginning, communication felt rushed and not very transparent. During the consultation, I was promised certain results, but after the procedure, the outcome did not match what was discussed.
The staff seemed unorganized on the day of the surgery, and I didn’t feel properly informed about the process or aftercare. I also had difficulty getting responses when I reached out with concerns post-procedure, which was frustrating.
Most concerning is that the results have been uneven and not as dense as expected. For something as important and expensive as a hair transplant, I expected much better professionalism and follow-up.
I would recommend others do thorough research and consider other options before choosing this clinic.”

The whole process was seamless from start to finish. They picked me up at the airport, arranged the hotel, and handled all transportation to the clinic – everything was perfectly organized. The staff were very friendly and responded quickly to all my questions on WhatsApp, which made me feel safe and well taken care of.
The result exceeded my expectations. The hairline was beautifully designed with a natural zigzag pattern and small irregularities that make it look completely real as the hair grows out. I had 3300 grafts and I’m extremely happy with how natural it looks.

This is a small hair transplant clinic. They do a maximum of four surgeries per day. The value for money is excellent. I had my hair transplant here three weeks ago, and I am already satisfied with the results so far.
The surgical team is attentive, experienced, professional. There are several English translators nearby, if a patient has any questions during the surgery.
WhatsApp communication before and after the surgery is fast. They answear all questions. I recommend this clinic.

My experience was fantastic you get picked up right from the airport and brought to a very nice hotel. Transfer to the facility and a very nice welcoming as soon as you get to the facility. Beyza was the one who helped me navigate my way through and she was extremely nice and friendly made me feel welcomed and comfortable coming to this country. The procedure was smooth and at a fantastic price I would definitely recommend it.

Initial consultation was friendly, polite and professional. I did specifically ask the consultant if the surgeon will do exactly as I say and not just later decide if he could cover the crown area or not and I was told “yes sure” as the previous surgeon refused to do what he said. However, to my disappointment, when I got to Turkey, that’s exactly what the surgeon did, I was told it wasn’t possible to do it, so in a way I feel cheated. Also no one had informed me that I’d have a lot of scars on the back of my head, so I’m now having to cover them with fibre hairs each time I go out. The only positive thing is that the hair line is gradually coming along. In conclusion, I will not be doing further transplant procedures in Turkey as I’ve lost a lot of investment and faith.

This was my second trip for a touch-up and they took great care of me! Again!
