Spoke to a very helpful young man and explained I was having trouble buying my regular lenses. No problem my prescription sizes were in stock. Ordered and paid for immediately. Ordered on Saturday arrived on Tuesday could not have been better. Fantastic service.

Customer service no good. No reply to my email. Stopped replying to my WhatsApp messages.

Got the exact same product for less than half price.

Can't complain, delivery always on time and always found customer service good if needed to call.

I’ve bought my contact lenses from Lenssaver for many years & never had an issue. The last packet I opened, one of the lenses was damaged so I couldn’t use it. I emailed their customer service with photos & they replied to say they would post a replacement the next day. 3 weeks later nothing has arrived & now ignoring my emails. I’m glad this happened to me now as i was about to place my annual order but will go elsewhere now. Not sure what happened to what was once a great company. But will now avoid.

Hadn’t received any order update for 3 days so got in touch via live chat, which isn’t hosted in the UK. I was lied to for the first time by them saying the lenses I ordered were short dated and needed to be ordered in, however they had conveniently ‘just arrived’ and would be dispatched straight away.

3 days later, no update or shipping notification had arrived, so I contacted them again. They claimed that they were ‘behind on updating shipping details’ and would update it straight away. They did, within an hour and sent a completely bogus tracking number that the Royal Mail didn’t recognise.

Next day, I contacted them again, they said it definitely did ship and they would need to speak to Royal Mail straight away and would get back to me. They didn’t. So I contact them again, and this time the lie is that that they’re ‘still on the phone to Royal Mail’ after 8 hours.

Another day passes, then they cancel and refund the order without any explanation or apology, which proves that they were lying all along, as no company would refund an order they had dispatched with tracking.

This company is not in the UK and should be avoided. They have no UK customer services or address.

Recently had an issue with a delivery. Contacted the company who could not have been more helpful or customer focused. So rare to receive that level of customer engagement these days, made a real positive out of the situation. Will most definitely recommend them.

Easy to order, quick free delivery, very good!

My regular lens solution has been recalled. Company phoned me to inform me of this. They were able to recommend a replacement and included a small 60ml bottle to try the product so that I could return the order if there was any problems. Thank you for a great service.

Ordered a week ago and still waiting for delivery, left answer machine message and promised last time I managed to get through to someone they was on the way. Yeah right definitely not recommended
