Everything I need in a rental
Quick and simple rental service, the gear was perfect, in great working order with all the storage bags to keep it safe.
A nice plus was getting my gear a day early when weather warnings made my delivery date look risky.
It would be nice to have a clear indicator on the website about memory card type. I assumed the wrong one and had to find a replacement at short notice.

Provided great kit! Something was missing from the kit and they sent it immediately on next day delivery, very good at solving problems fast and efficiently.
I returned the item prior to the hire date i first booked and this was not a problem at all and they were happy to refund the difference.
Cannot recommend these guys enough for equipment hire.

I have now used LensPimp on 3 occasions and their customer service has been great. They answered promptly any queries I had, and the lenses they provided were of high quality. An overall positive experience and the price for renting was very competitive too! Definitely recommend them.
