Very bad experience because I went to store at 10:30 they said come at 11:00 because then store will open but store is already and they even don’t say me come inside they just come outside and said don’t come inside store is not open

I bought two lenskart frames day before yesterday. As of my opinion I will rate 10/10 bcz of customer service, quality and also staff , service and other purposes as well and main thing is delivery time
In short I m satisfied and if I had a chance to give someone suggestion on buying spex the very first name that I had to say is lenskart ..

I did not like this staff attitude…

I did not like this staff attitude because I have ask only for the bag and he was like you need to pay 10 rupees I was like why I need to pay 10 rupees because I have purchase that product from your side and also 5 to 7 days before I have purchase one more specs at that time there was not asking for the extra money why it is so.
Although the product quality is very good I like the product
