Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever
Got my son's glasses made and the lens is moving inside the frame. it is loosely fitted. Returned it 3 times but3they still.xould not solve the problem.

I got my order with defective product…

I got my order with defective product so I visited to nearest store for resolution but manager behaviour was insensitive and was not ready to do replacement from store even he have stock. After expressing anger hew started show used one and later he show us actual replacement product which was actually new. Store is located at orion mall panvel.

This is second experience in this outlet

Good experience with Vishal Rathod, Rahatni Store

I was waiting for one product from 3months no one entertain me at Pune Camp store and Pimple saudagar Store. Phoniex Store.
When I went to Chinchwad link road they said stock is available to Rahatni Store , I went to Rahatni Store, their I meet with Vishal Rathod Representative person of Lenskart. He help me with all my satisfied words. and he keep the stock aside for me, for next day Bill, because my eye number was waiting to come. from day first to day end Vishal Rathod help me lot .....I request Lenskart to appricat Vishal Rathod with good Designation with good Star and with good hike, and with good award with good voucher.
