Bad hardware, horrible service

I bought a Lenovo Notebook, premium model about a year ago. First of all, the hardware is disappointing. It features a "lap detected" mode, meaning it detects being on your lap, and refuses to use the full CPU frequency then. This is obviously absurd, a *laptop* is meant to be used on your lap, so their entire performance numbers are just garbage.

Then, the keyboard starting failing. It started with just the left arrow key after maybe one month, and continued with all keys connected to the same trace. On this particular model, you can't even replace just the keyboard, but need to replace the entire to cover.

I then contacted "Premium Support" as this was still inside the warranty period. The responded quickly that the part had been sent to me directly and the technician would come the following Monday to perform the repairs. On that day, another mail arrived, stating that the part was currently not available. So the first mail was obviously a lie. Chatting with their support, they made ridiculous excuses such as that replacement parts were not their responsibility, but weren't able to help. The next day I received another mail, stating that the part had been shipped for pickup by a technician and that the technician would be arriving between 9am and 6pm to perform the repairs. This never happened, so they wasted a full second day of my time. No email, no phone call, just no show.

At this point, all I can say is that I'm done with Lenovo. Their hardware is crap, their service is crap, do yourself a favor and buy something else.

The worst of the worst brand customer…

The worst of the worst brand customer service ever I have encountered.

It’s been more than three weeks since my order and UPS website keeps showing they would
Deliver the same everyday when I check. But they have never delivered the package. Furthermore, the package has been sending back and forth between Barcelona and Trapagaran facility for four times already. When I reached UPS customer service, they said they are searching my package and don’t know where it is. When I call Lenovo, they said they see the same message I see on UPS website. When I explained Lenovo the situation that my package hadn’t been delivered and it had been back and forth between two facilities for the past two weeks, the customer service staff Nadia didn’t even try to find out what’s going on with UPS. All she can say is sorry. So now I don’t habe a PC, and don’t have my money either. 2,200 euro has been kept by Lenovo without any refund because they don’t even know where the package is. What an absolute unprofessional brand it is! Shame on you.

Absolutely terrible service

Very upsetting experience! Absolutely terrible service! They sent me a faulty pen with my new Yoga 7 laptop refused to repair or replace without sending back the laptop. I contacted them on the actual delivery day I also tried to get it done under warranty and it's a flat refusal to cover it. I'm sure this is illegal. Staff are horrible and obnoxious. Very upsetting experience, will never buy a Lenovo product ever again.
