Fast and reliable! The best part is you can pay back earlier, only paying for what you have accumulated

All and all I would say I had a good experience, however when I first looked at the website it says get your money in 24 hours. You do not, there is a process to go through first. I was approved today for my loan and everything I send an email to them about it when they think i will get the deposit or if the long weekend affects the outcome for hours( I'm concerned cause long weekend is coming) they have not responded yet so I guess I'll have to sit on pins and needles waiting to see

It was very easy the process
The only thing. As i had my elder uncle be my guarantor, and the video chat was hard for him. He is not technically savvy by any means
So the only thing I would say is that part was w little hard
Other then that, everything was great

The guy I got was super nice, they give you more then enough time to find a guarnator, and they make sure you know EVERY detail!

Very helpful & straightforward

Everyone was very easy to work with and have always been professional. Even when i had some bank issues, they were right there for me explaining the process and how to make a payment arrangement. I originally chose Lendingmate for a loan because they would help increase my credit, so, with each payment going towards improving my credit, it was hard not to choose them, as some of the other companies don’t even report at all to any credit bureaus. I just completely paid off my loan, and looking forward to seeing that reflected in my credit.

These guys worked with me when I had a terrible credit record, and after 4 years having made payments with them and 2 different loans, I have moved on. However I have nothing but great things to say about their services. Professional, to the point, and willing to find you a solution. Would gladly return if I ever needed to.

They've been amazing. It took a few tries to get a guarantor approved - but that's okay! There were some technical glitches along the way, but everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

Very fast service. Filled out simple steps and I got the loan. Even though the interest rate is higher than other lenders.

If I could give zero stars I would. I took a loan form them for $4000 on December 2017. It is January 2022 and I still owe $2526.37. But if you read their terms of service you will see their extraordinary high interest fees. I was in a bind and agreed. My guarantor died in 2019. When I explained all of that they said they were sorry but obviously I still have to pay and I understood that. I just wanted them to know that there is no one to get the money from. Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago and my bank account is hacked and a payment bounced. For the first time. I sent an email right away explaining the situation and offered to pay by etransfer as soon as it was straightened out. They agreed. I sent the etransfer on Friday. I then sent them a screenshot of the payment and they sent me a threatening email stating that they were going to sue me for non payment. In that email they also said they would have to sue my Mom (the guarantor) if I didn't pay. As I had already told them my Mom passed in 2019. It was very unexpected and still hurts. To see that was very upsetting. I had to send them 3 separate emails over the weekend before they finally posted it.

I have had nothing but a great experience with Lending Mate and would def recommend to family & friends for their lending needs. They were prompt, transparent and fair in all their handlings of my account.

While the staff is nice, it takes forever for someone to get back to you, and its not as easy as they make it sound, it took a few days to get my money and I still don't have it, plus they made my guarantor jump through ridiculous hoops, like video chat and then he had to add the girl on Facebook so that she could confirm his location. Just too much trouble...I won't be back.

I found working with the team at LendingMate was a good experience. The Technician I had the pleasures of working with went very well, he was very helpful and was available to answer all my questions. Over all I am very pleased I choose LendingMate to work with.

After struggling to making ends meat, I did need a co signer, which was difficult at first but the team from Lending Mate was patient and understanding. It makes me feel great to know I completed my payments, and I was able to move payment dates to suit me every month. Which was a huge relief sometimes when work gets slow.
