Unfortunately, I have had a less-than-favorable experience with this business. I applied for the credit program they were offering, and had to wait nearly a month for a response as to why my application was not eligible. However, while waiting for them to get back to me, the deadline had passed, and the policy mentioned as the reasoning behind my ineligibility was not publicly listed anywhere on their platform. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the seemingly convenient excuses this business offers to its customers.

They sent email about covid credit, ask for IRS transcripts. Sent another email that i owe them $900, for preparing tax amendment and if i pay - not in my dream- i will receive credit check from IRS. Sound to me as classic scam. I can’t find on their website any contact info - where they operate, who are they and they are not BBB accredited. Very shady.
