Disappointing is a nice way of summing this company up. Absolute waste of time.

Very slow and inept! My worst experience dealing with a lender. I should have exchanged contracts 2 months ago but I am still waiting and many times I have no clarity why they are delaying this? All delays are from their solicitors as my solicitors have provided them everything every time they ask.

Update: If possible I will give a -10. No completion yet despite shaking things up on all ends. Keep asking the same documents again and again. Total time wasting. I am feeling they are doing this deliberately to break the deal as probably they offered me a rate which is not sustainable for them anymore! What a farce!!

Update 2: Lendco won’t complete. They keep coming back and asking for the same documents which I have submitted weeks ago. Funny enough it’s 2 weeks since I put down my deposit in my solicitor’s account, they came back today asking me for proof of funds for full deposit. It is getting funnier and funnier with every passing day. I highly doubt the validity of 5 star reviews. Stay away at all cost like it’s a plaque!

Update 3: Lendco and their solicitors continue to play ping pong with me. I give them one document they ask for 2 more unreasonable documents. I must admit that I have never been through a torture as bad as I have gone through during this purchase. Lendco and their solicitors JMW are a sinister reunion only sitting their to rob you off your precious time and money. Together they have caused me a loss of 1000s of pounds in earnings and also in stamp duty by not completing the purchase in time. They still continue to drag the purchase! Never again, even if this is the last lender left in the market!

AVOID LENDCO LIKE A PLAQUE!! THEY ARE THE WORST LENDERS IVE EVER COME ACROSS.
