I love the Lena Maye leave in conditioner. I have been looking for a good leave in conditioner for a while but wasn't able to find the right one for my hair until I tried this one. It is so moisturising and makes my curls look amazing, not to mention it is made with all natural products! Will definitely be buying this again

Lena Maye products are incredible
Lena Maye products are incredible. The recipes of natural ingredients smell wonderful and really nourish scalp and hair. The product I use regularly is the Citrusy Herb Leave In Conditioner which is particularly good for thick or frizzy and curly hair. I have very curly hair and this product conditions but also relaxes the curl without leaving any claggy residue. It also lasts for an incredibly long time so is excellent value for money.
The high content of aloe vera leaves my hair in silky condition. Also such a friendly and thoughtful customer care at Lena Maye. A great product and a great business, eco aware and ethical.

Lena Maye has the best hair care products ever!
The Hair and Scalp Oil is the latest fabulous addition to the Lena Maye hair line. It’s lightweight and really nourishes my hair which is prone to dryness from using permanent hair dye to cover grey.
I recently tried the shampoo sachet as I often give these away to promote the brand. My hair felt incredible. There are no sudds which is something I thought was necessary to get an outstanding shine but that’s not the case. Lena Maye’s shampoo leaves salon shine results and is the healthiest my hair has experienced. This is now a permanent part of my hair care plan.
I have two daughters in secondary school and they take their hair care to the next level and love Lena Maye. I genuinely cannot promote this brand enough.
Just to add, the free detangling comb is amazing too!

I have been looking for a healthy hair…
I have been looking for healthy hair products which uses natural ingredients and more importantly is black owned for a while now. I came across this hair product and decided to give it a try. My daughter absolutely loves it, it keeps her hair moisturised healthy and smelling fresh! I love the smell of citrus ! The added bonus is knowing that this product will not cause damage to hair but encourage a healthy growth. I definitely would recommend this product to anyone who wants to maintain a nice healthy hair.

Lovely feel of the products, recently bought the conditioner and sampled the leave in conditioner.
The instant moisture and detangling of the hair is immaculate. Absolutely love it, my daughter's hair is rich and thick.... So feeling it instantly go soft is amazing, less time for her and smoother process. I love the fresh zesty light smell too!

Trio good value bundle
After meeting the founder and hearing about her product, I decided to give this product a try. I purchased the citrusy herb trio collection value bundle and also received a sample leave in sachet and a detangling comb. The products were well packaged and arrived courtesy of Royal Mail.
I have used the products twice now as I wanted to use them a second time before giving a review.
The products smell beautiful,
Shampoo: took a while to lather up in my hair which is unusual for me but once it did it felt like it totally striped my hair of all pollutants, my scalp felt clean but my hair felt very dry.
Moisturising Conditioner: quickly restored the dryness from the shampoo and left my hair feeling soft and nourished.
Leave in Conditioner.
This is the icing on the cake and is great as a go to in between washes leaving my hair feeling nourished.
Definitely a great purchase as part of my hair care journey.

We’re sorry to hear that your hair felt dry after using our Citrusy Herb Shampoo, this could be due to the formula not working well with your hair type or maybe usage, we appreciate the feedback and are happy to contact you to discuss further if needed. We do recommend rinsing the hair thoroughly and then preconditioning before using our shampoo, and using small amounts on the scalp, gently massaging, then rinsing thoroughly and allowing the shampoo and water to run through the hair strands to cleanse whilst gently squeezing the hair to assist with the cleansing process. If you try using our shampoo again, please try our recommended way of using it to see if it makes a difference, we’d love to gain feedback following this.
It’s great that our Citrusy Herb Moisturising Conditioner restored your hair leaving it soft and nourished and our Citrusy Herb Moisturising Leave In Conditioner worked great and left your hair feeling nourished also, they're a great conditioning duo!

Softens afro hair!
The leave in conditioner is really nice. It works well by itself and with oil, but doesn't work well with eco styler gel. When I used it with eco styler it turned into white balls in my hair instantly n had to wash it out. I'm still learning how best to pair it with my gels. Coretta has recommended using it with aloe vera gel so I will try that.
This leave in conditioner softens but doesn't define so the style I'm going for determines how much I use. It works great if u plait or twist your damp hair and let it air dry
Defo something I would buy again tho, n love the citrus smell!
A little really does go a long way, I still have lots of my 300ml bottle to go and I use it daily with warm water. Had it slightly under a month I think
Defo support this fabulous black owned haircare business, the owner and her daughter have long flowing afro hair, and I bet it's from their naturally sourced hair products!

I have tried most of the premium brands…
I have tried most of the premium brands for afro hair and was not able to find a leave in conditioner that I was satisfied with. However, Lena Maye came to the rescue and instantly performed amazingly on my hair. I'm was so impressed that I am now going to buy the whole collection. If you are looking for a genuine premium brand I can reassure this is the go to brand to nourish and moisture your hair.
