Very bad customer service - avoid
I purchased an umbrella as a Christmas present and Lemy.co.uk sent me the incorrect one. I contacted them and they acknowledged it was their error and said if I returned the original one sent to me they would replace it with the correct one. However, they were only prepared to pay £5 towards the P&P to return this item and the cost to me would be £12. Since I have questioned why I should be £7 out of pocket when it was their error they have refused to respond to my emails, phone calls or website messages, I am now taking advice from trading standards.
