Complaint jacket Lempelius

I also had the same experience with a recently bought jacket at the Lempelius website as the one below. I only worn this jacket a few times and the jacket was damaged due to the zipper. The zipper has been stitched too tightly onto the fabric. As a result, the zipper has been pulled over the fabric. I visited a tailor, who confirmed that the issue is caused by the stitching being too tight and too short and is clearly a manufacturing fault.
I expected a premium brand like Lempelius would take this complaint seriously. However, they answered that they could not do anything about it and after that they even not responded on my reply anymore. This I found really inacceptable.
