Avoid this payment processor at ALL COST!
I was using an SEO tool, relying on it, and cancelled my subscription in March. Since March, they have kept on taking money every single month from my account, despite the subscription being stopped.

Bad payment processor.

Last year, I used Lemon Squeezy to generate revenue and kickstart my digital plugin business. However, after a few months, I started receiving random chargebacks from fraudulent sales, with random fake emails. Despite their claims of AI protection, nothing was effective in preventing these incidents. It appeared to be a form of carding attack, which Lemon Squeezy failed to mitigate. Ultimately, due to the losses incurred from transaction fees, I decided to leave the platform. Since switching to a different service, I haven't encountered any similar issues. They are offering good features but needs improved seller/checkout protection.

Wouldn't cancel payment until 10 months after my first request, poor communications, still no refund, avoid them if you can.

No answer to any of my support tickets from 6 weeks ago. No payouts either because they won't confirm my tax details.

Our account was suddenly suspended without any prior warning, and all our funds were withheld permanently.

We received a vague message about “risk thresholds” with no specific explanation or opportunity to appeal. Despite having no disputes or chargebacks, Lemon Squeezy decided to keep 100% of our balance.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like theft. If you're considering using this platform — be warned: they can take your money at any time, with no recourse and no real justification.

They are taking money from my bank account and I had never even heard of them. They choose not to reply to my email to get it sorted. They are dodgy as!

I am being ripped off - they just deducted $30 from my account, and when I asked to cancel my subscription they sent me to a page I cannot unsubscribe and told me that I need to contact a 3rd party to handle it.

On the lemon squeezy account page I have 1 thing active, that says it's free.

This company is a complete scam, and have you jumping through hoops to get out of it.

I've now written to both companies and waiting for the refund.

The worst payment processor out there most likely. Not creator-friendly at all. Discriminates against beginner creators. Non-transparent, bureaucratic policies. Won't give you an explanation for things. New creators should avoid this processor at all costs. There are many creator-friendly ones out there (Shopify, Paddle, etc.).

LemonSqueezy has the worst customer service ever. They are literally squeezing every penny from customers. I signed up for a free trial, yet they still charged my credit card. I provided clear proof, including documents and screenshots, stating that I have requested a refund but they refused to charge back me the deducted money. Absolutely fraudulent company.

No statment of the company under any of the comments here either. A company like this shouldn’t even be in business.

The cancel subscription button is broken on both Firefox and Chrome.

This company has double charged me for a service that offered a free one-week trial. I canceled the trial subscription after one day and was shocked to realize that my bank account was charged twice a few days afterward, within the time period of the free trial!

Do not trust this company or any company that uses them. They charged my credit card three times and never activated the service. They also offer no customer service contact options.

I got paid from my customer. Now I have $2,000 in their account but I can't get pay out because their website is down. I wrote many emails and no one replies! It's been 2 weeks!! If you are the responsible person of Lemon Squeezy, I need my money back!!!!

Very bad, I have been waiting for my shop to be validated for 16 days. No response. I lost my biggest customer who couldn't wait that long. Forced to start all over again with another service. Run away.

While I received the purchased services, the company charged my credit card twice and has not responded to any of my emails requesting a credit. Never again. This entity is not to be trusted - I and others should have done our due diligence and read the reviews on a company that's probably owned by donald trump.

I signed up for a product I never used. It auto renewed and I was unaware I had a subscription, was not notified and when I tried to contact them it is impossible to get help and impossible to cancel.

STAY AWAY and do not TRUST this fraudulent company

I needed to change my business address and that's when my problems started.

Months of back and forth emails (that they took weeks to reply), rude customer support on X, and I am still waiting for my money.

They scammed me and wasted my time. I bought a product online. the payment is already charged in my bank account but i didnt recieve the product. i sent them a DM on Twitter because, of course, they dont even have support on their website. they have been saying "hey, were going to check it, sorry" for the past 3 days but they dont even write back. they are scammers. be careful!
