As the previous 1 star reviews say is true, very little fight, non aggressive, benefit is for them not us. My 2023 Camaro 1LE with less than 9k miles engine caught on fire after dealer have made 3+ attempts to fix an engine noise. After a full lifter change the engine caught on fire after driving it around 300 miles. Looks like something arched and sparked a fire. Either way the attorneys say all the great things on the initial call but in reality once you sign with them it did not seem that way. Very unorganized, I provided all documentation so they can jump to a resolution as fast as possible, they did not attempt to call GM or the dealer, they sent a (one) letter to seek settlement. I pushed and pushed to get them to speak on the phone with GM but they rather sit and wait for someone someday to respond to their letter. I never ever received a phone call or email from the attorney or representative on their own, it was always me requesting an update. They asked for the same documentation 3 times, they came back with 3,000 settlement and they wanted to charge me 3,000 for their services (1 letter), this took over 3 months, they never had anyone inspect my car at all, they deemed it total loss, the only thing they caused was frustration, extensive time wasted, they caused all communication to be blocked from the dealer and GM, i have 7 years extended warranty and the dealer would not communicate with me. I told them to reach out to the dealer or GM to honer my right to contact the dealer and inspect or repair anything as GM stated. The law firm did nothing to establish any kind of communication from the dealer. I told them that i do not agree on the settlement and that i needed my vehicle bought back, it is not safe to drive and/or for GM to look into it further. Because GM and the Lemon Law firm jumped on a slap in the face settlement that is when i knew that the firm was looking out for themselves and not us. My engine caught on fire while driving and i they did not care about the severity of this incident. They would have just put money in their pocket and we would have to deal with the rejection from GM and the dealer. Since I wrote back to them and mapped all of the expenses i had and the intention of having GM to buy back the vehicle they wrote back that going to court was something they would not file arbitration or litigation. Therefore they decided to terminate representation and not proceed. They did all the opposite that they claim, they want easy money, please please please do not use them.
I do not need anyone from your firm to reply with any comments, I have all the emails and documentation showing how unsatisfactory your team is. Last but not least, the previous attorney that was representing me said that i had a strong case and i should pursue will filing. She left because of health issues and its understandable. This new attorney that stepped in took less than a month to figure this out and jump to a conclusion without any options, still says my situation is a strong case but they are unable to continue representing me. Waste of time, waste of money and waste of hope.

I would never ever recommend this practice. I have a car, that has made me physically sick since I’ve had it. I’ve had the car into the dealership multiple times to try to find the source of the putrid odor coming from the air vents. They haven’t been able to identify the problem, or the cause. I spoke with the State Attorney General’s office about the issue. I was told that because this is a safety issue, that I only need one failed repair attempt. I’ve had more than that. Since I knew I would be getting involved with a major corporation, I thought it wise to get legal representation. That is still true, but not this group of lawyers. They are absolutely incompetent. I had very little contact with them, and it was mostly the paralegal. I told them more than once about the odor issue, but I was told that this would only be mentioned briefly in my suit. Excuse me??? I was not trying to get compensation because I decided I didn’t like the color of the car, or that I changed my mind. That would be unethical, and dishonest on my part, and that would be unacceptable for me to run my life in that manner. The so called experts did nothing to further my case. In the meantime, the corporation has denied my request, and I continue to have respiratory distress from the car. I was notified that my complaint and request had been denied, by email. I tried multiple times to get in contact with the attorney to discuss the matter, and my calls were not returned. I did miss a call, and returned the call. No response. I was told I should get a personal injury attorney for my situation. I have done an online search, and for the exact same issue, this corporation has awarded compensation. I am warning people, this is a sham company that does at most, minimal amount of work. They shirked the responsibility they had to me, as their client, and I seriously doubt that they were taught due diligence in whatever “law school” they attended. These attorneys ( sarcasm ON)
and their ilk are what makes people have major distrust for the profession. If a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing it right. The Lemon Law Lawyer group should be avoided at all costs, and in all seriousness should disband and not be allowed to continue to work for the public. They are not an organization that has the best interest of their client at heart. As a side note, in my profession, if I were to ignore calls, or treat a client as nearly nonexistent, then I could lose my license, and/or be sued.
I highly recommend that people think long and hard about hiring this firm. I’m aware there are five star reviews on here, but I would be interested to know how many negative experiences never make it to light. Be very cautious about this group.
Great experience. Knowledgeable and made the process easy

I can only say great things about Randy and his entire team at The Lemon Law Group. They jumped on my case right away and went to work against Nissan. Randy did everything he said he would do in helping me get some kind of relief from all the headaches I had been receiving from the brand new 2022 nissan Rogue I purchased. Without Randy and the team, I would still be on and off the phones with Nissans not so helpful customer support. Thank you Randy…

I give to the Lemon Law Group a "10 STARS" RATING, because their particular performance and professionalism to my particular case in which I was at the bottom of my situation and no hopes on site, but this firm accomplished something for me that I would not be able to do it on my own. I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with them, so please trust me and get hold of them if you have a real lemon issue. THANK YOU!

On the consultation call, I was told they'd fight for a buyback or replacement of my Lemon as it was squeaking and the infotainment system kept failing to no avail, no matter how many times I took it in. my attorney never even contacted me, it was always the assistant or paralegal. Once the first settlement came, it was ridiculously low, so we continued negotiations. The second offer came in and I thought it was still very low and not even close to a buyback or replacement, but the law firm advised we take this offer and that this is a pretty common settlement. I asked for the lawyers outlook on it and he said he'd check with him and came back and stated he thinks it's a good offer otherwise we risk losing the whole case. Why didn't they tell me that it would likely end in a ridiculously low amount with ZERO fight from the law firm??? Not happy with their efforts at all!!!
Great Lemon Law firm. The attorneys here are top-notch and the case managers are buttoned up and on top of it. I love this law firm and highly recommend them for Lemon Law claims.

This process took approximately 8 months total. Randy Dunbar was an absolute joy to work with. He was communicative, pro-active and professional. Once the manufacturer made an offer my case was passed to someone else named Leo. Leo was never rude but did not provide the same level of customer service. If he had been a little more communicative I would have given 5 stars. This firm delivered what they were hired to do and I received more money than I ever expected. Thank you Randy and Team!

I retained Lemon Law Group following a failed attempt to "do it the nice way" and ask the manufacturer of my Plug-in Hybrid to replace or repurchase my car. I had bought it new, and two months later, it suffered what they called a "thermal event" in the DC-DC converter. This caused extensive thermal damage to the rear seat, ducting, wiring harnesses, etc - said another way, it caught fire or came very close to it. Following the repair, the vehicle had a persistent burning smell remaining in it, and I simply did not trust it to not burn my house down, but the manufacturer was insistent that they had repaired it and refused to repurchase or replace it.
Lemon Law Group won my claim with a satisfactory result, but it took a little over two years. It's hard to say how much of that is on the manufacturer purposefully drawing it out, how much of it is on COVID-related delays in the courts, and how much of it is on Lemon Law Group. My attorney and his assistant were very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, even though the process was slow.
The re-acquisition coordinator was much less pleasant - I had to reiterate the same things to him repeatedly, and he seemed very disinterested through the process. I believe it was a mistake on his part which held up the buyback for about 3 months and would have left the settlement short by one payment, about $580, so be certain to square their numbers against your own.
Notwithstanding the rough experience during re-acquisition, I'll still rate LLG highly due to my attorney's excellence and the very satisfactory results against an uncooperative manufacturer.

I highly recommend the Lemon Law Group. They reached an acceptable settlement in a very reasonable time frame for the inconvenience of purchasing a truck that had issues that were not getting repaired. They always answered my calls and emails if I had questions. I would not hesitate to ask them for help if anything like this happened again.

The group of lawyers was very professional, they always gave me every answer I asked for, responded to every email, answered every phone call or called me back if they couldn't take the call at that time. I had peace of mind in this process and the final result was as they told me.
Randy Dunbar guided me the entire way and that helped me feel confident with the end result.

From the point of contact, to the pay off of my vehicle, everything was a smooth and fairly simply process. 30-90 days was on the mark for getting everything taken care of. At first I was sure it was going to be a fight but 30 days in the manufacturer agreed to my terms, and 90 days. Everything was completely taken care of. Everyone at the firm was very nice and straight forward with me and I don't think I'd go anywhere else if I have another issue like this again.

I was having trouble with a Nissan Versa '24 lemon for about 4 months from the day I purchased it and getting nowhere with the dealership or service department, who resolved the safety concerns of the headlights dimming to a very low brightness while cruising at night as "operating per design". I was confounded by the lack of accountability or care they have for their customers and others on the road. Since they refused to recognize this as a design flaw, I contacted the Lemon Group as my last attempt for help. The very next business day the Lemon Group called me and took over from that day through completion! They completely lifted the burden of stress and constant worrying about my safety and others on the road due to the faulty safety issues with the vehicle. They walked me through each step of the way and kept me up-to-date constantly! I cannot thank Ted Buffington, Annie Jara and Brooks Siegel enough for all of their support and outstanding service!!! I am so thankful New Hampshire residents have a group that supports us; especially when it comes to our safety!

The group of professionals were very upfront and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone who may have experienced the nightmares we did with our new vehicle.
